Downloaded it and seems to work fine on Samsung S5 and S7 but not my S9, just locks up on startup (white screen) any suggestions please?
Thats what happens to me too. But I thought maybe cuz I dont have the actual gimbal yet.

i don't think so.... unfortunately this gimbal have a poor application quality... they have alreay release an update for iPhone BUT it's not very good and there are some problems...

I bought one a couple of months ago. Didn't have a problem out of the box but when I did the firmware upgrade, it now has a tilt to the right. No matter how many times a calibrate it, on an iPhone or an Android, it still has the tilt. Makes me want to return it and get the DJI instead but I couldn't find the invoice. So frustrating.

Hi Gudsen. I’m loving the concept of inception mode but your photo pano options could do with some work. I will buy Mini-Mi if u can add 3x3 like Osmo and 3x5 like free vision Vilta M. And if u can add motion lapse like freevision Vilta M. Otherwise I will be buying freevision. Thanks!!!!

I bought this Moza mini and disappointed that it doesn't have auto panorama option or any option to self take panorama. DJI does it swiftly. Are you planning to update the app??

Just bought mine. Can't pair with my Samsung S7. The app can't find the mini mi. What can I do?
Could you please demonstrate the time-lapse and motion time lapse function, the tracking mode, slow motion mode and also using the wheel for both zoom and focus. Looks like a good product. I’m down to this one or Osmo 2 depending on the functions listed above. Thanks. I will return the Osmo2 if this pans out. Will this phone work with filmic pro app?

How do I put it in all locked mode?
I noticed that when you're on the selfie mode and take a picture or video, the image is in the mirror mode, so when you review the picture and there is a text or word in the t-shirt, you cannot read it the right way because it's mirrored. How are you going to fix it when you're in the selfie mode and take pictures in the right mode and not on a mirror mode? Thank you.

Unfortunately the Moza app for mini mi is very very poor, it was recently updated but there are a couple of problems that make this app unusable.
I have already send some report to Moza via email... they told me that they will send the report to the developer... hope they will fix soon or i am going to sell my Moza Mini MI.

Filmic say that problem is with Moza, because they don't send to him SDK.
No 4k at Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, in sport mode, pitches are slow all time and not possible to set arm in right side.

I purchased the Mini Mi over a year ago, and have used it on two vacations. This is my third gimbal, and I am very happy that I purchased this gimbal. The Mini Mi accommodates large payloads, charges my phone without a cable, is easy to use without crab walking while shooting. I am off to shoot the annual town parade.

Well received it but inception mode dont let me 360 degree rotation, and selfie mode dont work either. Because bottom axis dont turn 360 degrees :( i purchased mainly for the selfie mode . Someone know why this happend?

You would think that in 2019, almost 202 someone would make a gimbal that can hold the size of an iPhone XS Max, or other plus size phones with the case on. Considering companies like Moment etc make these cool attachment lenses that require a case. I just got this and I can't hold it in flashlight mode (meaning hold it straight out without the bottom of the phone holder hitting the motor). My phone is too wide. It's unbelievable. I have tried 6 gimbals and was really exited that this one would work. Counterweights work, but it's just too wide. Please please please make a larger phone holder so you can use a case on a larger phone. Make the motors further back so there's no chance to make contact... ugh.

Do you know how to avoid sleep mode? I can't film when the gimbal is on sleep mode. I turned it on and then after a wake up call the adjuctment changes, I dont know why and it goes to sleep mode. PLEASE.

just got mine straight out the box followed all the steps until "long press to turn on"
it doesn't seem to do that. when i charge it a red light indicates it is charging but it doesn(t turn on even when connected to 230V.

Here is my problem, after opening the case, and pulling out the MINI MI, I found the horizontal axis to be totally fix (jammed), while I can move freely with my hand the vertical axis. After charging the battery for 3.5 hours, if I start the unit it start to vibrate back and forth around the vertical axis without any movement around the horizontal axis of the gimbal. Is the unit defective ? if not what is the solution ?

No one says something about the two plastics locks.... How to unlock? just made a gentle force with my hands? Is the first time , I unboxed it but it was mechanically locked....the user manual say no anything about that..... Another thing to point out is I plugged for about 4 hours and the red light indicates still charging...... in the meantime, each time that I turn it on or off, it just spin like a CREAM-MIXER

how to all-locked mode?
read the manual,
if you have every mode disabled it should be all locked. if you want every mode to be activated then u need to double tap the left button, then tripple tap and then long tap it then every follow mode is activated and both lights should shine.
My gimbal slowly sways to the right.. What's the problem with that? Perhaps you can do a tutorial on how to calibrate the gimbal or do a factory reset on the gimbal because I think mine is acting funny.

It also happened to me. The only way I made it OK again was to calibrate the gimbal WITH my phone mounted on it. Without the phone it didn't work...

We can't move the pitch axis at all. HELP! How do we turn the pitch axis?
I had the same problem. You have the newer mini me with a locking feature. Take a close look at where the gimbal should rotate and you will see a little picture of a lock & unlock padlock. You have to twist the arms to the unlock position. There are 2 of them. One is a lot harder to unlock, so more force must be used. Moza haven't updated their information on this, "feature".
