Loving the foldable design and the 3.5mm option! What's your favorite feature?
Please tell Moza to redesign the whole thing. Once you slap on (or use) a wide angle lens on the phone, the motor gets in the shot. Useless for me because I always want wide angle when using stabilizers.
This pretty much happens with most gimbals except the Snoppa Atom. Hopefully they take note on this and find new ways to make this work! I personally hold the gimbal in torch position to get the motor out of the way. Thanks for sharing your time with me! 🤘🏼

@@ekbilli5074 The vibration issue was only there for a couple of times. I am observing another thing now. Whenever I shoot a seashore view or similar the horizon is tilted to an angle. It means the balancing is tuned into not a spirit level.

Glad you had the chance to review this. I had watched so many reviews on so many gimbals and after a while I reached a point of trying to figure out whether or not I really want one of these. After watching my footage hand held I decided the answer was yes but one of the problems I faced was I going to be able to learn how to use it and how was I going to travel with it. The “S” came along and I decided that to find out whether this would work for me I bought one and so far so good.
I like it because it balancing quickly, packs small, easy to travel around with and enables me to learn inexpensively. If it all works out then I’ll move on to a more expensive unit like the Movi but would like to your review on that before I make a decision to buy.
I also liked the concept of the Atom but your review spoke about Moment cases and that concerned me. Wellllllll, the Moment case barely fits into this “S” as well. I guess if you want to go compact there are draw backs but there should not be.
So now practice and learn and if it all works out which I am sure it will then on to the next toy.

A great gimble for the price.
I however have a snoppa atom and I love it. It has some different features which I like. Wireless charging and a mic port on the handle which is great for my basic needs.
Would be great to get a comparison at some point. Both have amazing features to play with. Thanks again.

I bought the Mini S, and a friend gave me her old iPhone 7, I bought a couple mics and I am ready to try my hand at making videos... but I can't charge the phone and use an external mic (something I really want to be able to do) The splitters I have tried only work to charge and listen to headphones. Do you know of a solution?
(In case you didn't know, and are interested, an OTG micro USB cable with applicable adapter lets you charge from the Moza Mini S' cradle port. You plug the host side of the cable into the gimbal.)
thank you for posting the 5 reasons why you like the moza min s, I bought the moza mini s essential and haven't used it that much, but when I did it kept getting disconnected from the wifi connection I tried using the plug it came with to connect to the iPhone 6 plus and it still gets disconnected, at 9:08 on your video what plug are you using to extend the camera control cable is it necessary? will it help keep the iPhone connected to moza better? please advice....

I’d say if GoPro is a must then the Mini MI has that 180 panning option. Plus it supports a higher payload. If it’s a bit more casual then the Mini S will hit the spot! Thanks for sharing your time with me! 🤘🏼

My question is the Moza S does not film in 4K 60 fps... how do I use my Apple XS Max to film certain videos & photos without the Moza app? How to inter switch between them...?

It actually does go up to 4K 60fps under the wide lens not the dual for some reason. Another option is to film with the native camera app with the 3.5mm cable to USB. Hope this helps! Hope you have a fantastic time with it! 🤘🏼

Hi! Have you tried the Moza mini s with the Moment lenses? Does it work well?
After about week of working with the Mini S I am sorry to say that I returned it to Amazon. Today when I turned it on after mounting the phone, it sort of balanced. I clicked twice on the trigger to have it center and it sort of did that. I decided to do some filming in the house and noticed that I was getting a lot of left right drifting so I shut it down and restarted it. After that it kept falling to the left, then the right and I shut it down again and restarted it and it just could not keep a straight line.
I think I’ll take a break for a few weeks, and then if it is available get the Vilta M Pro or bite the bullet and get the Movi. Not sure yet.
I've had the same experience, will also be returning it.
got 3 questions:
1. does it have all follow mode (pan+tilt) ?
2. where is the video aspect ratio settings ?
3. how can I change photo resolution in the app?

Great info , my question is how does the app work with Android? I have a Blu Vivo XL3 Plus. Been trying to find the best stabilizer to film my vlogs.
I have tested with Pixel 3a and Pixel 3XL. Samsung S10 was having some pairing issues. I think it works great but I have noticed the performance may vary from phone to phone. The two best on android in my opinion are the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 and the Freevision Vilta SE! I uploaded videos for both! Hope this helps! 🤘🏼

Yes! On iOS is amazing! On android is good but performance may vary based on the smartphone.
I’m planning to order one tomorrow, do you know or does anyone know if you can use the gimbal without using the app ? Currently have the iPhone XS Max and really don’t want to hinder the video quality using the Moza app. Thanks !!
You can totally use the native camera app and some 3rd party apps as well. The caveat is that you have to use the included micro usb to 3.5mm cable to trigger the shutter with the buttons in the gimbal. Hope this helps! 🤘🏼

I am thinking about buying a gimbal so have been watching quite a few CZcams reviews. I found this one to be one of the best so far.
My problem (?) is that I have an Android phone (Nokia 7 plus) and it seems many gimbals seem to work better with iPhones.
How would I find out whether this works well with my type of phone.

In my opinion the Freevision Vilta M and the Freevision Vilta SE are the best ones on Android software wise! DJI Osmo Mobile 2 is also great but Freevision managed to keep parity and it also has some cool android only features like save to SD card. Moza Mini S is great but some resolutions and modes might not be present on Android. Hope this helps!

Hello sir , I am facing a problem with motion time lapse feature. Whenever I start motion time lapse my moza mini s goes into sleep mode in the middle of shooting (Mostly after 2-3 minutes).

It depends on the case. I used the leather case and sandmarc case. So far so good! 🤘🏼

You should search for blue light issue blinking and no motors running.
