- Grave of Man is a custom Dungeons & Dragons (5th Edition) campaign that I've made specifically for this show. It started as a silly joke, and I'm really hoping it'll grow into something big over time.
So far I'm having a blast.
I'll probably re-write this later.

Wow, it's been a while. This series is what really got me into D&D and I just wanted to say thank you for that.
I'm sorry for how the series/sequel ended, but for what it's worth this was (and still is) easily one of my favorite series on your channel.

@@CuulG in dnd 5e, lizardfolk have a swim speed equal to their base walking speed (30 ft) and can hold their breath for 15 minutes

Did I ever have to DM when he was on his DBZ kick? I thought that was always you?
He was always on his DBZ kick, and I'm pretty sure you DM'd at least once during that time period. I think, however, you never DM'd while he was *actually* Goku. Of course, for some reason he'd determined that Goku's strongest move did 1d12 damage, so he was slightly weaker than a level 1 fighter.
Ah yes, Goku's most powerful attack, the -kamehameha- literally a greataxe. A stock greataxe does 1d12. lol

I guess you could say it was like shooting fish in a barrel....
But then they encountered that second one and I'm not so sure anymore. Apparently it's easy to fail horribly.

I'm an hour in and rather hooked. I've never played DnD, i know of it but never friends who played, never played and I know basically zero about this game. This is probably the best thing I've seen about it and its making me wish I knew people to play with who could teach me. Thanks for this dood! Very much enjoying this and I am glad I clicked on it. Also I'm so jealous at how much fun you guys seem to be having!

David Patterson i know this is super late but critical role is a reeeeeealy good dnd show. they finished there first campaign a few months ago and just started their new campaign recently.

CreepeRave im making a book where humans are the "bad guys", basically the bad ones are over-expansionists, greedier that gold-crazed dragons, etc. But there're also good ones - basically the pov of various natives vs. technologically-superior colonists in a high-fantasy world

I'm making a book on a land of Corruption, Purity, and Power post-apocalyptic world with the other two factions teamed up against Corruption and dedicated to keeping humanty from being turned even worse than before everything else.
Yes I feel that the other races would add to the campaign's jokes and or more when it comes to the characters so yeah.

Around about an hour and twenty in events of failure took place. They got their fingers bitten y some zombie mud creature, two people missed kicking the barrel into the water and the mud fuck was only killed by a rapier straight through the barrel. God I love DnD

Gotta love combining that with polearm master and sentinal feats, along with a reach weapon (though depending on the dm they may not allow long arms to work with opportunity attack) for a 15 reach, that you can attack foes that enter it

I really hate the traditional races in D&D. They're not bad, they're just painfully generic after a while. So monster party all the way!
Wanderbots yea the monster races are so much more interesting but people rarely play them
lizardmen are my favorite race in general, but gnolls are really nice too.
I play a lizardman/Half-dragon barbarian/paladin and having spellcasters and dragons in my group, being immune to posion is nice. diseases a plus for being a meatshield
I only play monster races. I feel the generic play people get from the basic races...

100+ hours of this campaign and then the sequel im gonna have to opt out of watching it all and just start from the new one XD I usually love to binge things but Your voice calms me too much to binge this many hours without getting sleepy after 4-5 hours (its not a bad thing 90% of the time but here it is and its too bad I love DnD)

Well I guess I have a long summer ahead of me. Gonna binge watch the shit out of this to catch up to the pathfinder campaign.
I would've had Chelle roll a Dex check to put her rapier against Skitter's throat. Then if she fails, her rapier goes through Skitter's neck.
Listened to this with some smooth jazz on the background... great fun to listen to this as for now I don't have a party to play with, maybe add some background music/sounds depending on what is going on? Possibly let Chell control music so you won't be overwhelmed with stuff to do?
They had to have learned if you encounter a corpse or body to loot or examine first try to kill it to make sure if it is no dead they kill it.

I'm going through the rise of tiamat campaign at the moment as a drow monk and the party is at lvl 11 during the time I wrote this comment.
Did you all manage to live or die from tiamat?
They were so caught off guard by the campaign that it took them an hour to get through like 4 minutes ingame

Was initially apprehensive to watching this series, due to the super long episodes, but i'm fine with this now, although i still have another 7 parts to go.
They also get shorter after episode 3, because I realized 3 hour episodes are kind of hard to watch.

It is druidic, but it won't help him at level 1. Maybe someday, but I'm sure he'll get other cooler things than a glowing rock as we go along.
