- In this video, I will show you how to paint Vashtorr the Arkifane! There is a lot of metal on this model so we will try our best to add plenty of variation! I will also show you how to do all of those glow effects on Vashtorr too!

Really liking the chill music. Really makes the painting more enjoyable to watch. Just my opinion.
Cheers
love how a great result is demonstrated to be build up by using doable steps. Thanks for the great video
Cheers!
It's really cool.
I just got this model today and your color workflow gives me a great starting point! Thanks.
Cheers
Amazing paint job as usual, such a great looking model
Cheers
Excellent tutorial!
Thanks!
3rd video of this model and the best one yet....
Thanks!
Wonderful! I was looking for a nice purpleish skin tone for an other project.
Glad you liked it!
Love the background music!
Thanks!
You made me want to buy one and paint it
Always loved your style of layering/highlighting and the mixed classic paint/contrast techniques since the the Mindstealer Sphiranx tutorial. In this model you managed to take away the goofy wide eyed, open mouth sculpt and make a properly unsettling visage, neat!
Thanks!
such a cool model, nice paintjob and the sound levels are good again
wish i could just buy the model separate, really want one
Cheers! He will come out separately soon enough!
@@ThePaintingCoach instant sold out probably
I imagine it will be ok - if anyone was desperate they will have got him already
@@ThePaintingCoach that is true, some buy the box set for just one model
I know it's been 4 months but he's available now everywhere separate
oof, he looks dope.
Thanks!
I just started painting and chose tau they look pretty decent to me but can you maybe make a video about how to paint a tau fire warrior would be nice !
I've done some shorts on different septs, and you can easily adapt my Ghostkeel video for fire warriors too
Da Iawn!! 💪
being a god of invention you'd think he'd found a way to give himself proper butt implants
hello mi friend, I painted many models with your videos and now I have a suggestion, could you paint Gaunt's Ghosts?
I have the models but no plans yet 👍🏻 perhaps in the future
Hey what are the handles you use to hold the armor pieces/vashtorr’s head when painting them?
Amazing work, btw!
Cheers - Redgrass Games handles
Thanks for the reply!
Hey one more question, what brushes do you recommend?
Rosemary and Co Series 33 - should be a link in the description
The fi ished midel looks great amd ud live to follow this tutorial but you use like 100 different paints😂
Tell me, please, do you cover the work with varnish? I tried covering the miniatures with Vallejo Matt Varnish Spray. But then it flows into the cracks, makes the colors 0.5 tones darker, and eats up the shine of the metallics. What to do? 😭
I'm afraid I don't use varnishes - it's not something I have a lot of experience with - I do prefer brush on varnish however
@@ThePaintingCoach Thank you for your answer) It was just very disappointing to cover the work with varnish and get a different color in the end (( Your color scheme is beautiful!! I love them so much ❤😘, more than the official one)
Your work is very inspiring. I know a girl who ran yesterday to buy Azrael) Thank you again thank you🙏💕
Cheers 👍🏻
