How to prepare Koobi & Prawns Stir fry with Green Plantain and Charred Red Pepper Abomu sauce
INGREDIENTS
BOILED GREEN PLANTAIIN
2 large Green Plantain
2 Eggs
600ml of Water
6-10 Pettie Belle Chillies (Kpakpahito)
Salt to taste
1 litre of Ice Cold Water
KOOBI & PRAWNS STIR FRY
20g of Organic Cold Pressed Coconut oil
1 large Red / Onion
1 tablespoonful of Buy Ndudu Koobi Seasoning Blend
350g of Pre cooked Prawns
Half a levelled teaspoon of Buy Ndudu Red Scotch Bonnet flakes
1 mild Red Chilli
Salt to taste
TO SERVE
1 large Avocado
