29oz Can Tomato Sauce or about 10 Fresh Tomatoes
4tbsp - Tomato
Coconut Oil or oil of your choice
2lbs - Beef
1/4 - Onion (Medium)
1 - Spice Blend Cube
All Purpose Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
1/4 - Onion ( Medium )
1tbsp - Beef Powder
1/4tsp - Natural Spice Mix
Curry Powder - tt
3-4cups Jasmine Rice
Salt - tt
Ghana has the best jollof! Honestly this is the easiest and well explained recipe I’ve come across. My husband is Fante I tried to prepare some jollof before and it was soupy lol. I think he felt sorry for me.

Thank you for this recipe! I visited a refugee camp in Mexico. I will be traveling back in 3 to 4 weeks to cook them a meal. I was looking for something that reminded them of home. Im also an immigrant and know how comforting it is to have a something that takes them home even if its just for a split second.

My African sister. I am Bakongo from Angola and European mix. Your food is like ours. The problem I have in America, (my new homeland) I don’t understand the meat cuts. Took me 20 years to learn and adapt to the Swedish meat cuts, but having moved here recently, now it’s trouble again ! 3 countries with 3 ways of cut the meat. What is the name of the piece of meat you used to make the rice ? also I saw your soup, similar to ours. What is the beef cut you used ?
