Thank you so much for the video. The new 2024 mudflaps don't come with instructions, they just point you at the Ford website with all of the different instructions for all of the add-on options. Unfortunately, the ones online are horrible and didn't even match the mudflaps I received. Your video saved me and made it a simple install. Thank you.

Hey those look better than the ones on my 2013 S.D. They are longer and stop the mud from getting on the lower fenders. Also stops stone chips. I also like the brackets for the rears. Stopscthem from resonating at speed. Also keeps them off exhaust top!!! 👍👍👍

Wish I had found this first. Ford parts found on line even with using VIN number they sent me generic ones that need lot of drilling of holes.
Mine is a 2018 F250 6.2l and the the part numbers you showed should be a identical fit.
And no clear images of what happens to the factory guards that are installed.
Will be sending them back for these, they actually are just plug and play, no drilling.
So much for VIN for perfect fit on these on line sales...!!! sigh....

I put Husky Liner mud flaps on mine. I needed something to protect the Ruby Red paint from the rocks that fling out of my tires when I get my travel trailer out of storage. Seems like that road base rock likes to live in the tread until you get 30-40 mph then reek havoc on your rocker panel paint. I was worried about the looks of the mud flaps too, but now I'm used to it and most people don't notice it.

As a 60 plus old man :) I have s 21 F250 Carbonized gray blacked out lariat edition. I am customizing it with a few accessories. I have Bushwhacker pocket rivet flares painted black. I am getting rock damage from my gravel road on my painted rear bumper UGH!!! I am looking for mud flaps that don't look dorky. The bushwhacker flaps are ugly in my opinion. so now I am looking for some other type of protection. Mud flaps have to look cool or your right it looks like a grandpa truck. I can't put any on the front due to my tires rubbing now. But I need some protection for the back. BTW ford flaps are better than most, but they all take a bit of getting used to. I like um, but again I am over 60! Some of us like tricked out trucks. I just got my hood scoop going to get it painted next. love your shorts and the pod casts, and other vids. keep up the good work.

I think the 'C' part is just tape that you wrap around the rod. I think that's what you had if you removed it from the paper backing. At least that's how they factory installed ones were on my Tremor... although mine are slightly different.
PS: here in Alberta my understanding is that mud flaps are required by law which I know people complain about as the manufacturers sell them without.

So I just installed these today. Ford has changed them again. The fronts are long and take a 3rd bolt now. The fronts have an outline of the old design so I believe they are able to be cut shorter no problem. Also with the rears if you have factory wheel well liners then you need to cut a 1x1 square out of the bottom inside of the liner so you can clip the flap in. Tin snips are awesome for cutting plastic.

I have a 2020 F250XL model truck and am upgrading almost everything I can. I put Weather Tech mud flaps on the front but need rear mud flaps. How much do the OEM rear mud flaps cost? The rear Weather Tech mud flaps cost 45-ish to 48 bucks. Weather Tech sent me the incorrect rear mud flaps so I don't desire to deal with them again. I upgraded the standard 4 inch infotainment screen to an 8 inch screen and also installed a GPS Nav system which my XL did not have and it's so sweet. I didn't make a video of installing the 4" to 8" conversion but it turned out fine.

SHOULD’VE gone with the WeatherTech mud flaps imo they look a lot better. My trucks too damn high with tires way too big for mud flaps to have any effect!! Also, upgrade to Ampd PowerSteps! SICK!!! Plus when you get out your SuperDuty at night the entire underneath glows from the LED’s that come with the steps. The running boards you’ve got look good, but you get added clearance with the powersteps. Like I’m tellin you anything, you’ve replaced the back motors on a few. Which reminds me, maybe not too good up there with all the salt spray and ish in the winter months. Not enough here in tha south to worry about.
