Indy arrives at the hotel at dawn. You can see it getting light just above the hills. While the auction is taking place inside, you can see the light changing/getting brighter outside the windows during the sequence. Then when they go outside, it's full on morning. Maybe the change happened faster than it would in real life, but it's happening in the film and the filmmakers definitely intended that to happen.

When the secretary is shot at the office in the beginning she is shot in the back and falls face forward. Later, when Indy fins her she is on her back.

I read that was because the goons moved her

I read all that two days ago in IMDB, now it makes more sense with all the visuals, great job!
There were also lots of right things regarded as errors, but thankfully most have been deleted now. One still remains about a "color" picture of Marion on the fridge (Clearly B&W).

yeah but that one felt plausible instead of an error

Here is another mistake I noticed. The villian Mads Mikkelsen as JĂŒrgen Voller on the ship is wearing glasses with clip on shades. these shades are modern and way out of its time. they did have them in the 60s but they were more aviator round and not modern oval and they did not match his glasses properly.

In the beginning when Indy is hanging a bomb land in the floor on a red fancy carpet. it slides through the floor forcing the carpet through the hole. as you see it fall through the other floors, where did the red carpet go? it magically disappears.

Woman shot in back falls forward on face. When Indy finds her she is face up.

here is an ending theory of mine. Who took indy's hat at the end. I do not think it was indy. I think it was his son. let me explain. Indy went back in time. any one little ripple would alter future events. What if as indy is kissing marion, his unseen son who is now alive reaches out and takes the hat like in crystal skull ending but instead of indy taking it, we have his son taking up the mantal of his father. the god daughter left so it cannot be her.

A lot of mistakes? The whole movie is a mistake.
