Used to have this problem in the Trailblazers.
Unplug the TBI.
remove the 4 mount bolts.
Remove the TBI unit.
Clean with a tooth brush and throttle body cleaner.
Reinstall, start truck, let it idle for 5 minutes without any accessories on.
The idle will relearn and problem solved.

were you getting like a small shutter vibration. like for me it seemed like it was under the seats the idle change was barely noticeable on the RPM needle, at least it still a very mild chake with no CEL. That could change, it seems to have gotten more consistent which is strange where ambient temps have ben 65-75 here last weeks.

I did change out all the spark plugs and that really helped.

It did help our Yukon.
We found though that the fuel injector gas treatment did the trick to free up a sticking injector on cylinder number three.

How long were you spraying the cleaner or does it differ based on vehicle? My Yukon is idling about 400-500 and stalls every once in a while, also the gas in it has been sitting for a couple months without normal use. Would you suggest the tbi and map sensor cleaning or do you think adding injector cleaner to the tank would work better?

Sea foam is what use. Just spray it and let it burn out the buildup
