- My Amazon Brand Registry application was APPROVED in less than 12 HOURS and this is HOW I DID IT! In this Amazon Brand Registry tutorial, I will show you step by step how to get Brand Registry on Amazon UK in 2024.
You can apply for Amazon brand registry with a pending trademark or a fully approved registered trademark. It is not possible to apply for Amazon brand registry without trademark.
The Amazon brand registry application form can be quite confusing. New Amazon sellers are often led to believe that they need to have multiple products, their own website and sell on other platforms, however, this is not the case.
To enrol your brand into Amazon brand registry all you need is a trademark and a photo of your product clearly showing your logo permanently affixed to the product (not a sticker!).

Hi Darren, thank you for this video - I used it as a reference to get brand registered within 24 hours. I had everything ready and instead of submitting optional info like I was planning to and multiple pictures I took the advice and only submitted 1 image. The form has since changed so it did give me an opportunity to upload my logo at the start is well.

Hi Darren, great video, I was wondering about the photo of my product, I sell fly fishing flies which I tie myself so they don't have a label, will just a photo of one of my products work?
Buy some small customized re-sealable zip lock type bags with your logo on it then take a picture of the fly outside and inside the bag with your logo.
Hmm my product doesn't come in a box so it only has a label, how on earth do I get round the "permanently affixed" issue?
You say you have to upload a photo showing your product or trade marked logo on the product (no stickers). I'm confused: All products I plan to sell require labels only. I don't sell items where sewn in/engraved proof can be shown. You say you can 'upload 1 photo of your product OR a trademarked logo on the product itself'. So are you saying I can simply upload a pic of a product, without any trademark showing on it?
I just went through a company paid $50 and they told me it was $350 to file then they tried to charge my card 1050 and said it was for classes that I now have to take because it’s attached to my name. is there anyway of getting out of this I feel so defeated and taken advantage of. 😢
When should you register for brand registry /trademark before applying for new FBA seller account or afyer opening selling account? Also, your store name should be same as your LLC name?
Personally I’d suggest concentrating on getting an established successful product before getting a trademark
Your store name can be whatever you like- your business legal name would be needed to open & run the account
What if a competitor sells the same or something slightly similar, but with a different brand name/logo? Is that enough to kick them off?
Only a competitor who sells the exact same product with branding could sell on the listing ie similar to Amazon warehouse, if not Amazon in most circumstances you can get the hijacker removed.
