Very helpful video,
I've previously contacted Amazon support inquiring about custom FNSKU labels both 2"x3" and 4"x6" to which they've responded with the usual copied and pasted Amazon requirements with absolutely no mention of whether either custom or proposed dimensions are acceptable or not, I've also included proposed examples without luck.
I assume yours has been tried and tested successfully to be deemed acceptable.
Many thanks, kudos for the great work!
You're welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful!
Thanks.
Would you know if a larger size (4"x6") custom designed with brand/logo label with proportionate / to scale FNSKU barcode about 3" wide, (no skewing or distortion) would be acceptable?
you video was very good
You’re welcome! I’m glad you found it helpful!
What dimensions should I resize this to be able to print on a thermal printer on a 2 by 1 label.?
Thank you very much for your video, it is very helpful! If I have already got a GTIN exemption for my product, am I able to add the UPC barcode to it?
No need to add upc if u have gtin exemption
Great video, thanks for sharing! I'm really glad I found your channel. I do have a question. Have you ever used tracking labels for children's items? I'm wondering if they actually have to be printed on the package.
You're welcome! I'm glad you find value in the content. The tracking label must be permanently affixed to the packaging and product.

Hi Crescent, Grad student here and a budding amazon seller. Thank you for this. I was freaking out. I had no idea I needed to label all units nor where to even start on my FBA journey. This amazon thing is hard but we are so grateful for you. You gained a new subscriber.
Q1: How can I have the private label company place the FNSKU on the products, is it ok to send the FNSKU to them? To save me from labeling them for the next shipment?
Congrats on starting your Amazon journey! I suggest watching this. It goes over everything step by step: czcams.com/video/fLdPcTVkQz8/video.html
Great content! What barcode do I need to have on the product packaging if I want to sell on Amazon FBA and in my own shop on Shopify (shipping products directly from Amazon's warehouse)? I understand that there can only be one barcode on the packaging.
I'm glad you found it helpful! If you're not selling on a different marketplace that requires the UPC or their own barcode (such as at brick and mortar stores), then the only barcode you need on your units is the Amazon FNSKU barcode. This goes over it : czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html
Hi Crescent, your videos are full of helpful content, I really appreciate that.
I do have a question if I am sending 1000 units to amazon warehouse do I need 1000 FNSKU labels to put on each unit or I can just put one on the box?
Hello! I'm glad you're finding value in the content! Every unit needs to have the barcode on it. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
Hi Crescent,
Do you have a video on transaction reconciliation? I’ve reconciled but have a discrepancy as if Amazon short paid me but I,m not sure. Any videos you recommend?
Hello. You can download your sales report from the Reports page.
Hi Crescent, I have been using GS1 barcode for my product(my brand) for FBA. what happen to the stock in the FBA centre if I change the manufacturer barcode to FNSKU for a new batch of shipping? thank you for your answer in advance! your video contents is really great!
Hello. Nothing changes. Just put the FNSKU barcode on your units instead of the UPC.
I am sending my products from home I didn’t send my products to Amazon so how and what kind barcode I should use please
The option for me to choose barcode type does not show up. Neither does the convert only page. I manually changed it but my fnsku still starts with a BO
Hi!! Loved this video! Can’t thank you enough for all your valuable knowledge and info. Question if you don’t mind please. Does every single unit need a “made in China” sticker or just the big box with all the units inside? Thank you!!!
You’re welcome! I’m glad you found it helpful! Every unit needs to have it.
@@CrescentKao Hi!! Thank you so much for replaying!! Should I do what you did in the video and add it to the FNSKU? Amazon will accept that?? Thank you Crescent!!
Hey man thanks for the great content. Do I need a different barcode if I’m selling a product with different color variations? What if I decide to do bundles ? Thanks!
Hello! You’re welcome! Yes, every different option requires its own barcode. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
I meant to ask you if adding the warning icon to our fnsku labels and the text, what dimensions would you recommend we save this in Canva if we intend to print on a 2 by 1 label on thermal printer? Thanks
I don’t know. You’ll have to try it and see for yourself.
Hi Crescent, Thanks for the barcode update. My understanding is to have the FNSKU barcode on each product as you said, and need to have UPC for the initial product listing, but should not show on the product packaging.
Hello! You're welcome! Correct. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html

Hello! In order to get the FNSKU, can I use the manufacturer bar code or should I buy one?
Hi and thank you so much for your video.
I am a bit confused, do I have to buy both Amazon barcode and Gs1 Barcode?
Or can I use the barcode which is already on the product for listening and then choose fnsku after
Thank you
Hello! You're welcome. You need a UPC barcode in order to create a product listing. You can use/put the UPC barcode on your units but like I stated in the video, I suggest using/putting the FNSKU on each unit instead.
You are highly appreciated with this teaching. A lot of things to learn here in Amazon. I want to find out if I must delete listing to enable the Amazon barcode to show the FNSKU? Must I delete and reduce a new listings to enable the FNSKU for Amazon barcode to show or do I not delete it but create a new listings? Need your advice. Appreciated
I'm glad you found value in the content! If the FNSKU isn't showing, it doesn't matter as long as you've chosen to use the Amazon barcode option. If you really want it to print out the FNSKU on the label (X0 vs B0), then you'll have to delete the listing, wait 24-48hours and create the listing again using the same UPC and SKU.
@@CrescentKao Thank you in deed. I will delete the listing. I thought that I know everything already. I do not want to pay for labeling these products. One more quick question; is the Amazon system going to assign me the same ASIN? As you know that is generated and assigned as we create listings.
Hey thanks for your video. I heard how you need a suffocation warning on the poly bag. If my product is put in plastic and then put in custom packaging box . Do I need to put the suffocation warning on the plastic or can I put it on the packaging
The plastic is open mouth btw. Meaning it does not close you just slide the product out of it.
The warning label must be on the bag. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html
I read that we need to use a thermal printer or minimum laser, but if i heard this right, if we get the mentioned paper in this video we can print them from a normal inkjet printer at home?
You do not
Hi Crescent, what physical size in CM should the sticker be?
It just needs to readable and scannable.
Hey crescent if i choose box for my product so should i put suffocation warning on it or not just so confused about suffocation warning on printing label please advise
The suffocation warning goes on plastic bags.
Hello, if I have the same items but different styles or colors do I have to buy different upc for each color or style please tell me No!
Hello! Yes. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
Do we also have to have 0.25 inches of white space around the fnskus labels? How do we achieve this when we download the barcode what dimensions should we tell Amazon so we can then add make in China and make sure it's 0.25 all away around.
Yes, but Amazon isn't too strict on this. As I went over in the video, as long as it's scannable and readable, it's good to go. If you download the barcode, you can use it as is by printing it out. If you're going to customize it like I showed in the video, then you can make it whatever size you want, you're not telling Amazon anything.
Hey great video crescent! I have a question about the “barcode type” when switching my product to FBA. In the video it gives the 2 options to choose an Amazon barcode or a manufactured barcode but when I try it does give the Amazon barcode option. It only says “manufactured barcode only”. Any suggestion on how to fix this?
I'm glad you found the video helpful! You need to switch the listing to use the Amazon barcode. I went over this in the video at 9:06
@Orca If you don't have a UPC, then the FNSKU must be on every unit. Even if you do have a UPC, I suggest always using the FNSKU anyways: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
Thanks for the vid. I noticed you said about the issues and headaches of GTIN exemptions. I already have my GTIN exemption for my product and didn't have any issues getting it. Would you still suggest using a GS1 barcodes over this GTIN exemption or should I just not use the GTIN exemption and not require a barcode to set up my listing? Thanks again for the video was very helpful
You're welcome! I'm happy to hear that you found it helpful! Yes, I suggest just going with a GS1 barcode to future proof your product and avoid any headaches that come with using an exemption.
@@CrescentKao Perfect cheers will do that
Hi there! so i was wondering if i can just use a UPC code printed on my product instead of FNSKU for my product?
Hello. As I said in the video, you can use the manufacturer barcode but you shouldn't. You should use the FNSKU. This video goes over it more in detial: czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
Hi Crescent. thanks for the great video yet again! off topic but I am really struggling with finding out when to create my brand name and logo. should I do this before my very first order or wait until I have started to make profits of amazon FBA?
Hello, you're welcome! I'm glad you find value in the content! If you plan to do private label, you should do it right away so that you can use your brand and logo on your product and product listing. You can also registered it and apply for Brand Registry. This goes over everything step by step: czcams.com/video/cOE8dnhRAxE/video.html
@@CrescentKao Great! Thanks Crescent
Im into wholesaling...Ngbyou say theres alrwdy manufavturer code or upc in the product...but howwould yyou change the pruce if the upc code has its own price?
The price isn’t on the barcode.
Thank you so much for your awesome information. I watched your video and I noticed I have a barcode that starts with a "B". I sold anything yet, as my product is still in the process of being manufacture. I went into settings and changed it to Amazon barcode. I was on the phone with Amazon over an hour and they told me to create a new listing and then delete the first one, but that didn't work. It actually just duplicated my product with the same barcode #s. Please let me know what I can do. Should I delete the first listing and then a create a new listing? Your help is appreciated.
You're welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful. You try deleting the original listing and creating a new one using the same UPC and SKU but choosing Amazon Barcode option when you create the listing.
Hey Crescent. Thanks for the video. i have one question.
We are manufactring our product in MIAMI, we are building the label from 0 and printing them. should i have on my label both my UPC barcode and the FNSKU bar code?
Hello! You’re welcome! Your product can only have one barcode on it. Always put the FNSKU on it. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
Hi Crescent, thanks a lot for your detailed sharing. As a new seller, I apply for GTIN exemption for the product and created the SKU. If I apply for GS1 barcode in the future, can I add the barcode into my existing product listing & SKU? Or I have to create a new product listing in order to add the UPC barcode?
Hello! You're welcome! Do not get an GTIN exemption unless you have a specific reason where you need to. There's too much problems and issues with it, it's not worth the hassle. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/5P-D3b7WQ8o/video.html

Hi, I have a question about if you need the made in china label. Is it mandatory for all FNSKU?
Hello. The country of origin is a requirement by US Customs, not Amazon. It has nothing to do with Amazon or the FNSKU. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html
I have different colors of my product and im wondering can i just print labels off amazon for each of them or do I need to go to GS1 and pay for them? please help!
Are you doing private label? You can't create a listing without having/buying a UPC barcode first so there's no way for you to print anything without a listing: czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
Thanks for your reply. Just one last question when sending to Amazon FBA for private label is it true that we only need the fnsku labels on each unit?
You're welcome. Yes, this goes over it: czcams.com/video/3DtbcEtgjjw/video.html
hey crescent, I have a private-label product with my own GS1 UPC barcode. do I need to print and stick fnsku on that?
Hello! Yes, I suggest that you do.
If one barcode cost $30 so how much you sell your products???
Hey Crescent, fantastic video as usual! You've become an indispensable resource for me as I navigate the rules/guidelines and requirements of FBA.
The barcode editing/customizing tutorial in this video is especially a lifesaver!
Quick Question regarding that: Im selling a set of items as a single unit, and FBA rules require that I label each unit as a set with phrases such as "Sold as Set". Can I add this phrase under the barcode similar to how you added the warning logo/phrase in the video? This way it doesn't have to be a separate label. Would this be okay or does FBA require I have this as a separate label on each unit?
Thanks again!
Hey! I'm glad you found value in the video! Yes, you can stick them all on a single label.
@@CrescentKao Gotcha - thanks Crescent!
You're welcome!
Honestly and he is there to respond right away!
hey crescent, great video.
i have question: suppose i am shipping 50 units of a product to Amazon FBA, so, will I get 1 common FNSKU for all 50 units, or will there be a different FNKSU code for each unit?
Hello! I'm glad you found value in the video! That's correct, the same barcode goes on all the units of the same product. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
Hello!
Thanks for creating these videos as are very helpful .
I am new seller from UK and working to ship my first product to Amazon warehouse by using FBA method . I want Amazon to label barcodes on all units but somehow I am not getting this option. It shows no labelling required saying (This SKU uses manufacturers barcode for tracking).
I did use GS1 barcode when I first create my listing but don’t have any barcode on any item Can you please let me know how this works ?
Shall I Just print final shipment page and stick into the main box containing all units ?
Thanks again for all your help!
When you create the shipping plan, it should ask if you want to use the manufacturer barcode. Switch it to use the Amazon barcode.
Can I leave the Manufacturer's UPC on the product if I put the product into a plastic bag and its own box (and label the box with the FNSKU) before shipping to FBA? Or do I need to remove the UPC from the actual product before shipping?
As long as only one barcode is visible on the outermost packaging.
Hi,how are you, amazing vedio. No one in youtube mentioned that specific information about amazon barcode and manufactor barcode.
I don't know about fhis before this vedio. Thank you.
BUT I have a question. When I printed FNSKU LABEL it come with B0 ,NOT X0, and I followed the instruction to change it to Amazon barcode. But nothing changes. Tha FNSKU still started with B0. WHAT I can do to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and effort 👌 🎉
Hello! You're welcome. I'm glad you found the content helpful. You can just leave the FNSKU as is and us the B0 one, there's nothing wrong with that, or you can delete the listing and create a new one using the same UPC and SKU to update it.
Hi Crescent, thanks a lot for this! I watched your other label video yesterday and you suggested this video to me.
A couple questions. Since I dont have a printer and am just becoming familiar with Amazon I'm still trying this stuff out so will try to print out these labels at the library or something, else I could just test for myself.
1. If I'm sending different books to Amazon at diff times will the label be the same each time (ie to identify the seller) or will it be different each time (to identify the book). I assume the latter and therefore different labels but wanted to verify. I ask because if I goto the library and print when I'm just selling a book or two I guess the hope is that only a small part of the page gets printed on?
2. You mentioned different sizes available on Avery. What size would you recommend to put on books? I assume we put these directly onto the books, not on a box?
3. How long would Avery take to deliver the labels do you know?
Hello! You're welcome! 1) The FKNSKU will never change (or extremely rarely). The shipping labels will always be different. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html
2) Whatever size you want, as long as its scannable and readable. Just use the same label to cover of the existing barcode on the book.
3) No idea. Buy them from your local Office Max if you're in a hurry or from Amazon.
@@CrescentKao Thanks! So the FNSKU is identifying the seller, not the book? That's surprising. But just wanted to clarify.
hi crescent, i really liked the video. My ASIN starts with B0 and it is in FBA. I don't know if it is necessary to change it with the amazon barcode since my product is FBA with the brand registry. What I mean is that at the end, my product is private label, so if it is co-mingled, if someone is selling my product I would know by its presence in my listing as a new seller. I could therefore make a complaint to amazon. Thanks
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! It's up to you if you want to switch it. It'll just be more difficult to switch it later if you already have inventory labeled with the old FNSKU.
@@CrescentKao perfect thanks. Yes you are right!
Thanks your videos really helping a lot. So I have one question, will you please let me know. I am in the middle of designing my package. Can I make the FNSKU little shorter in width? Also can I remove the texts below the barcode? Or it has to be like that? I will be much appreciated if you let me know this. Thanks
You're welcome! As I mentioned in the video, as long as the barcode is scanable and the text is readable by a human, you can make it whatever size you want.
@@CrescentKao thank uou so much! It is very helpful now. I am gonna make my FNSKU smaller to fit my label by .6inch high and 1.3 inch width now. So this is ok, correct? But all word will be visible. Will be much appreciated again.
Crescent, just to confirm, if I will sell private label I can use the GTIN code I bought on GS1, right?, as it is unique code it won't be I mix with any other product. I already printed the labels with that code... For the future I'll use the FNSKU even though I think use the GS1 code is better if we plan to sell in the future in other places, isn't?
Hello! No. You want to put the FNSKU on each of your units. If you don’t want to reprint the labels then on the next batch, use the FNSKU.
These are the Amazon barcode requirements according to Seller Central. You seem to say that the Product name and item condition are not required?
Amazon barcode requirements
When printing Amazon barcodes onto labels, make sure that the printed labels include:
Sufficient white space around the Amazon barcode and related text: (0.25 inch on the sides and 0.125 inch on the top and bottom)
ASIN or FNSKU
Product name
Item condition
That's correct. Unless you have some specific reason not to put them on there, like for design or cosmetic reasons on a custom designed package, I would put it on there.
Do I need a UPC bar code if my product has been sold on Amazon before? I've created my 1st listings of products that consisted of used books and clearance items and did NOT use a UPC to do so. Im so nervous that i did incorrectly. I'm thinking I only need a UPC code if I'm selling my OWN brand or something of the sort. Can you please clarify? TIA
If you are doing arbitrage or reselling/wholesaling and the product itself already has manufacturers barcode on it, then no, you can use the existing barcode and Amazon listing.
Question... why not just print the FNSKU on the box when you design your custom packaging for boxes only going only to Amazon? Is there an advantage to have the FNSKU on stickers?
Sure, you can do that too: czcams.com/video/lcGHgplGkbY/video.html
ohhh so i dont need to buy barcode if im doing wholesale? I was watchiing so many videos about barcodes lol. So when im making shipping plan I can just use manufacture and it will be my products im selling?
Correct. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
Creating a shipping plan has nothing to do with the barcode or manufacturer. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/iQMKhWhSYPs/video.html
Thanks for making this video! Question: You say the only requirement is the barcode itself & the FNSKU be on the label. I'm not able to verify this information through Amazon, and have been told that the product title and the condition need to be included as well (by another seller). I know I have personally purchased FBA products that only have the barcode and FNSKU printed on their packaging. Where can we verify Amazon's policy on this? (I want to make sure this won't create any problems before printing in this way on our product's packaging). Thanks again!
You're welcome! Amazon's guideline says it must have ll the info on the label but like you said, sellers haven't adhered to it without any issues. Links to the labeling guidelines are in the video description.
If I am printing labels for say 20 separate individual items how would I get them to just print all on the same page? I don't care about editing the labels in this case but it will only let me print one at a time which is very wasteful with label paper.
You can create a template in Illustrator or Photoshop or use Avery’s label printing software and follow these instructions:
www.avery.com/help/template-help/how-do-i-type-a-different-address-on-each-label-using-avery-design-print
Do I need an FNSKU if I am doing FBM?
No. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
If I had 20 items that are the same would I have to edit the barcode 20 times or do I edit once ?
The same barcode goes on products that are the same. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
Hello! In order to get the FNSKU, can I use the manufacturer bar code or should I buy one? thanks
Hello. If you’re doing private label, you have to buy a UPC barcode. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/o0ZoSR4vRkU/video.html
@@CrescentKao Thanks! :)
@@terraoildedoterra3115 no sweat!
What should i do if Amazon says "This SKU is already assigned a barcode preference", and won't allow me to switch it to an amazon barcode (Even though my product is not already on amazon)
You can delete the listing an create a new one using the same UPC and SKU. Just make sure you changed the barcode preference to Amazon Barcode in your account settings first.
Do white label products need a UPC barcode(like private label)? I'm debating buying one for that or applying for GTIN exemption. Thanks! new follower here!
Hello! Thanks for your support, I appreciate it! All products require a GTIN. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html
@@CrescentKao Ok thanks!
Hi, Crescent, my fnsku details are the same as my asin details. I relist the listing many times but it will remain the same. How can change it?
Hello. I went over this at 9:06 of the video.
Hi Cresent, I changed my default Amazon Barcode Preference Setting to Amazon (was merchant) But when I go to download it still shows the ASIN under the barcode.. Will it take some time for the changes to take? Its been about 30 minutes. Thanks
Hello. It doesn't matter if the label shows the ASIN or the FNSKU number. If you changed the setting, then you're good to go. If you're really worried about it, you can delete the listing and create a new one using the same UPC barcode and SKU, that should change the label to show the FNSKU.
Hi, would it be better to have my package designer embed the FNSKU barcode into the box design rather than having the supplier put the sticker on the box? thanks
Hello. Yes, that would be the cheapest option. I believe I went over that in the video. This also goes over it: czcams.com/video/lcGHgplGkbY/video.html
Crescent maybe you or someone on here can help me out with some solutions. I sent in my inventory to fulfillment,it was available for sale in 3 days. It was two variations I sent in. But I went in and changed a image then I mistakenly changed the start date for one of them ,now this item is inactive out of stock. When I got in touch with support they tell me it's still in transit inbound. But that's not the case because the other unit is for sale... Also if I click on the unit that says out of stock and view it on Amazon. It's available on Amazon it doesn't say item not available on Amazon if someone would search for it and find it. So just curious if anyone had this happen to them and what they did to get the missing inventory active again on the dashboard? Thanks
You're going to have to get seller support help you with this.

I buy products from china I want to put barcode so which barcode and from where ? And I should put barcode in each of them ??

I purchased barcodes from GS1, but do we still need to use FNSKU for the shipment? Or should I use the FNSKU for the shipment and not spend money on GS1?
This goes over it: czcams.com/video/3DtbcEtgjjw/video.html
I have had some recent shipments to FBA flagged for the ASIN sticker not including the condition, in my case "NEW". This is despite using such labels without NEW on them for years. May be a new crackdown or tight interpretation of TOS? I wonder if they ever expect NEW on a product where the FNSKU barcode is printed on the retail package (not a label)?
Hello! Thanks for sharing your experience. I've never run in to this issue either and I've never had anyone else report that they have either until now. Amazon might be starting to be more strict on enforcing this on the label or they just had a worker that is too "by the book" that processed your inventory. What action are they making you do?
@@CrescentKao no action required, but they ding the related performance metric. Once they dinged me for that issue alone. Recently they dinged me primarily for a label that was "too glossy" (was glossy vinyl material type) and also mentioned about the missing condition. Funny thing about the label, they checked in 50 units, all prepped the identical way, but 15 were deemed unscannable.
I have one question plz;
If sending a box of 100 T-shirt to Amazon, but are different in sizes and colours, do I have to buy 100 different barcodes, or I can just print 100 of the same barcode and put 1 on each package
Every unique product needs its own unique UPC barcode. This goes over it:
czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
Is the country of origin mandatory on the FNSKU label if the product is already in the US and will be shipped only nationally? My product was made in China but only the main box had the sticker made in China to get through customs, not each product..
The country of origin needs to be somewhere on the product. If it’s already on the box, then it’s good to go.
@@CrescentKao thank you! Awesome content by the way. thumbs up
Kao, I see videos where people use 500 px. I use Affinity Designer. Would it be better to use Inches as you said. To design my FNSKU labels? I will be printing it on the Rollo Thermal label machine. Thanks. walt
Hello. It doesn’t matter if you use pixels or inches as long as it prints out fine and is scannable, you’re good to go.
@@CrescentKao Thanks man.
I am having so many problems with Amazon. I listed my product but my product picture is not showing. Also, I want it to be displayed on the Amazon site in the future, But somehow it is already showing. And it says: Out of Stock. When I call, I get people who have accents and I can not understand them. Thanks for your help.
Great video. If I am selling my private-label product that is not similar to anyone else's, would you still recommend FNSKU or just UPC? I am trying to minimize time and print one label on the packaging. We only sell online. Amazon, eBay, Walmart. If I print the UPC I could use one design for all stores. If I use FNSKU I would need special prints for Amazon or pay someone to apply the labels. Which would you recommend in this situation?
I’m glad you found it helpful. Print the UPC on the package but the units you send to Amazon, cover the UPC with the FNSKU sticker.

Hello, at the outset, I would like to thank you for all this valuable information. I have a question that I hope you have the answer to. My English is not good to understand all things, but I already have goods and I would like to sell them. The problem is not that I get a barcode from GS1, but the products have a manufacturing barcode from the company. The manufacturer and my question here is, can I sell these products on amazon after creating listing and get fnsku code can i cover or remove the existing codes on the products and replace them with the code that I get from Amazon fnsku , or can I easily create a list of products by using the factory codes, or do I have to obtain a permit from the factory to sell the products now Answer me please I feel lost thanks
Hello, you're welcome. If you're reselling branded products, then you must use the UPC barcode that's on the packaging. You have to list your product on the existing listing for the product. This goes over it: czcams.com/video/-IOFXsLDFhA/video.html
@@CrescentKao thank you sir for your respone and answering on my quastion finally found the person who give me the answer that i search for long time 🫡🙌
Hello. Thank you so much for every information!! Im watching all these videos to learn how to label and there is still a question i have. If you answer it i would be so thankful!
So i make my own products. I have a clothing brand. And i made boxes with my brand's name on it. So i wanna send my product on their own boxes. when i send them should i tape each box? Wont amazon want to see whats in it? Or should i leave it open. And with barcodes, I bought upc numbers online. When i send those boxes will i only put labels of Fnsku? no need to show upc? In anywhere?Or should i put somewhere in my clothes :) i am so confused. It may sound silly but please help! :)
Hello! You're welcome. This goes over the packaging and labeling requirements: czcams.com/video/ynVQ3pOL3lk/video.html
You can tape it if you want. I suggest you put something over the lid like a sticker tab. Only 1 barcode can be on each unit. I suggest putting the FNSKU.

Hello, thank you for this amazing video! I'm new I just started the shipping plan and I wanted to print the FNSKU and when I click SKU LABELS this appears No labeling is required. Is that possible that a barcode is not required?
Also, I tried to get the FNSKU from the "print labels" but I only get it as a merchant label "B0". This message appeared: "Reminder: Please cover any existing standard barcodes (UPC, ISBN, EAN) with the new FBA item labels." but not the amazon label. I updated the label settings to get amazon's barcode but I still not getting it as a X0 . Please help me with this I'm stuck here and I can't send it yet to my supplier! Thank you so much!
You're welcome! I'm glad you found it helpful! On the Manage Inventory page, create another condition and switch it to FBA. You should then get the FNSKU with X0.
@@CrescentKao Do you have a video for this. I am also exactly facing the same problem.
