  • Is it TOO LATE to Start Amazon FBA in 2024? Is Amazon FBA Oversaturated? Is Amazon FBA Dead? Is Amazon FBA a Scam? These are some of the doubts that will be running through your mind if you are thinking about starting an Amazon FBA business in 2024!
Amazon FBA UK is oversaturated with both products and sellers, however, it is definitely NOT oversaturated with good products and good sellers.
I have been selling on Amazon for over 5 years and Amazon FBA UK has definitely evolved during that time. However, it is still very possible to make money on Amazon with the right product.
When was the last time you bought something on Amazon and were genuinely impressed by the product? This is the opportunity that Amazon UK sellers can capitalise on as they understand what UK customers want!
Chinese sellers rely on price to succeed on Amazon whereas UK sellers can charge more by developing a product to add greater perceived value. You don't have to be the cheapest to make money selling on Amazon.
Amazon FBA UK is one of the best marketplaces to sell on, it has strong demand and there are still plenty of opportunities to make a profit selling on Amazon UK.
What do you think - is Amazon FBA still worth it in 2024? Let us know in the comments below! !

FBA is good business if you can open a youtube channel and and sell courses to your subscribers. I don’t see any other business owners so eager to teach others how to make money like Ecommerce gurus.

Thank You for the information! That was a question un my head, whether - my product wouldn't be "too good quality" to be sold on amazon, but you just answered it. To me selling quality product is the main aim.

The strategy you are referring to is private label selling, correct me if I am wrong. What about arbitrage or wholesale, do you think it is worth starting with that before creating your own product?

I'm 15 and I launched my Ltd company under my Dad's name at the start of August. I didn't sell in August as I was on vacation, Sold 1 unit in September but got an IP claim as I didn't fully understand the model. Sold 1 more unit in October. Then straight to 7 units in November, then I got another message from a seller telling me to stop selling on his private label. (At first I didn't understand private label and RA/OA) (But now after those experiences, I feel j have learnt a lot. This month, I've got into launching my own Private label product, using ppc etc... and have accumulated over 14 sales this month and 23 total order with 24 total units. I've also just got my first return request from a customer today. Put me down a bit, but I'm looking forward to 2024. Soo far I've made £925 take away £29 (from today's return) in revenue.

I have been selling on Amazon since 2004, i was persuaded to go FBA and loved selling FBA since we are now competing with merchants it has driven the prices down and I pay more in fees than they do, glad I am coming to the end as I am 66, they keep changing the goal posts i cannot keep up, at the moment my problem is I sell in Spain and my returns are stuck there and they keep changing my setting to liquidate without my permission I want to stop selling in Spain but cannot alter the setting
    seller support are useless

Can I start selling as an individual then register a company, would amazon create problem afterwards for this switch? Coz I work full time and don’t want my employer know that I registered a company…

problem with FBa is not to sell but to be profitable and it is harder year after year. so for me amazon is not a good business to begin with for several years now

Amazon also selling wholesale product in lowest price no one can compete as FBA charges for us but Amazon can keep price low as having no expenses like other sellers it is impossible to make profit as we can’t have price like Amazon and the winning box will always be with cheapest price
