Not having an S.I.A identification on display is serious. He should get fired for that. Think about it, he is responsible for the security of all those people within that building if anything or anyone dangerous passes his boundary. That could be any nutter that simply wore a high vis.

12:50 People need to realise that they can't control everything. People also need to realise that the desire to control others is not morally right. Sometimes they just have to realise that other people will want to do things that they don't like and there is nothing they can do about it. In a society where people are free to do what they want, then there will always be times when someone's wishes clash with another's and in those circumstances people need to realise that they just have to be accommodating when they can't control things.

All these estates are such a huge waste of land, a lot of these could be over 2 or 3 floors with conveyor belts instead to be more efficient

What they say is irrelevant as the CAA controls the air space and they assmume you are asking as you dont need permission to fly a drone or take a picture. he doesn't need permission or justify himself to you so who are you to try and give unlawful directives and what you would expect and what he can do under the law are two different things, the drone does not go on your property it flies OVER your property and again what you prefer is irrelevant and you cannot stop him. She is talking drivel and she knows it and my mate is going to fly his helicopter over and he wont be asking your permission either.

It sort of is. The landowner has rights to the air between 500 and 1000 feet above roof level. But the general public also have the right to use it.

I thought that you had a cold over your last couple of clips, hope you get better soon. I saw one of Banaman's clips a while back outside the Sheffield Crown Court where you made a masked appearance when he introduced your channel, I wish I'd have known you then because I live in Sheffield. I've spent a good amount of time in the Crown Court and Sheffield Magistrates Court because I used to be a law student when I was at college. (I didn't take it follow it up at Uni though). There's a good amount of industry around Sheffield, as you'll know from Pete (P.J.). There are a lot of buildings like these ones in this clip near the what used to be Sheffield Airport, just off Europa Link, (which you get to by the M1, then the Sheffield Parkway, or by coming off the M1 at Meadowhall. Another great Audit though, but I was confused by that woman on the phone, she knew that she couldn't stop you filming from public land, yet she was still talking about permission.
