    Thanks for sharing the workout! Sharing one thing I learned from my physio is that for badminton players we tend to be very strong asymmetrically, and that leads to a fair bit of dysfunctions / injuries in our late 30s onwards. So one thing that has worked for me is isometric work in the gym (one legged anything) and since I am right handed, I do 1 extra working set on all left side limbs for my body.
