I had my original drum set up by a tier 1 drummer in Canada. Hypothetically, if I use a tuning block and adjust the rims of my other drums to his heights, my new drums should sound the same?

If some bolts are loser than others on the heads, does that mean those need to be tightened more than the others or still do it evenly regardless?

No, that means you’ll need to start from the beginning again, to guarantee all tension rods are at the same tension and you’re not guessing. Hope that helps 👍
