In the first line you play a seven stroke role and then “buzz, buzz, buzz”. How do you know they are buzzes when they are written the same way as the seven stroke roll? Thanks so much, great tutorials!

Question…at 8:30 how is the notation for 7 stroke roll different from the following “buzz buzz buzz”. I’m struggling to see the defining difference other than possibly the buzz precedes a triplet.
