Join us for a day of silent but exciting driving as our host Leonie von Hase takes the EQA from the city to the beautiful Rhine river banks - and back again. The author, entrepreneur and former Miss Germany grew up on a farm in Namibia, where she learned to drive offroad cars at a young age. The EQA will offer a whole new driving experience for her.
The electro-aesthetics of the design signal Progressive Luxury. Back-lit trim and roségold-coloured highlights make the new interior stand out while the new rear design with a stunning light band adds to its distinctive appearance.
The EQA is both efficient and exciting - with a powerful electric drivetrain and a high-voltage lithium-ion battery. It offers increased range thanks to improved drag - low wind resistance means high efficiency. And the navigation system with Electric Intelligence calculates the best route for Leonie’s road trip - considering the weather, topography, and available charging stations.

lovely car, when it's equipped with all the whistles & bells you showed. However, you forgot to mention that practically everything you showed comes as an option on the car. You hardly even have safety assistance systems unless you pay extra for it. This while more and more manufacturers are presenting their cars fully loaded, often with only very few things like the color to change the appearance. As nice as your review is, it makes people fall in love with a car they can't afford, and they'll have to settle for a car that's not what they hoped for.
perhaps you aren't up to date with the climate.
people who look at this car can afford to pay for all the "basic extras".
Is it nice that theyve come up with this pricing strategy? of course not, but so what?
Their A class models are primarily for people who've always wanted to drive Mercedes-Benz but never had the money until they are in their 40's and above. So it's a segment of their customer base who already is a bit irrational.

I am going to get my EQA250 within 2 weeks, production day of 27th Jan. looking forward to touch the key. Still wondering and curious how it drives from Amsterdam to Cologne in Germany on Highways.

Hi There, well, 3 time from Amsterdam to Cologne without any challenge, but with 100% i haven't seen the ~435 km, normally with 80% I see the indication of ~325 to 345… and with 100% the 435 isn't the reality, however, with 100% I see ~375 KM…..100% 435 KM, this is unfortunately not an accurate indication even the right information from MBZ. 435 is totally a commercial and just for advertising!

I'm thinking about buying the 350 4matic. I'm driving (in total) 100km to work every day so I guess 12-14 hours loading via schuko type F should be sufficiant.
I'd also have to drove about 400km every now and then to visit my gf. But I'm fine with stopping once for 30min to recharge 🤔 from what you're saying, I'd only need one stop, right?

I will also drive about 300km, I asume I have to charge in the road. I still feel not sure about the difference between fast charging and regular, i guess its more expensive. Did you try it. ? And what about the cold weather? Does it affect the batteries? I live in Sweden and i will be parking outside. Your review is amazing thank you!!

Getting amg 250 amg premium, interior is beautiful exterior does not gove the wow factor, looks like a grannies car. Might cancel and gi for etron looks better

It's also not there by default. You have to activate it for like 350 euro's or something.
Just do not expect more on electronics thing in a mercedes. Old school compared to other German luxury cars
