His attorney need to look into it. If she is given financial access to litigate then whomever is funding her becomes a party to the lawsuit. Just like if you are responsible for an automobile accident. Your insurance company also becomes a party to the lawsuit. They are the deep pockets. She could've sued without them giving her access to the funds all these years. They are a part of what she is doing. A party to the lawsuit. Shut the money down and her ability to sue stops! One cannot happen without the other.
If she wants to appeal she’ll have to pay a bond which is usually the amount that they owe. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I think that is how it works!
You are correct! That’s why they are trying an end run to get the judge removed and the decision thrown out! More despicable, underhanded and deceptive tactics.
I think the requirement to pay a large sum of money to appeal is why Gingras filed the wackadoodle request to replace Mata. I think he is trying to do an end run around having to appeal.
Things might be different because this is family court. In a civil case in regular court, you are correct about the appeal bond
Dave, I think “bury the lead” means to fluff about and NOT present the lead until later in the video. If you are getting straight to the point, it’s NOT burying the lead. So you would say “Let’s not bury the lead, Clayton is due an over $$$…” Just a thought.
I hope LO sees how much more Gingras tactics cost her - not only did they not work and make her look so bad, they literally cost her so much more money in the court costs owed...does TC = teleconference?
