Day 10 Carnivore

After 10 days on the carnivore diet, I am settling in. I'm still finding my way, but have invested in a few items to make it easier and keep me going. I am interested to know how other newbies are getting on.

Every night before going to bed I put a chuck eye steak in the crock pot with bone broth and butter. The next morning its ready for me to pack for lunch. Its tender and delicious and takes very little time

For lunch could you not prepare food the night before?
For example cooking an extra steak and then cutting it up small and eating it cold /microwaving it at work.
I found eggs are nice for flavour but never that filling.
Making your own sausage and burgers is a great idea

That is exactly what I am thinking. It’s why I purchased the microwave safe lunch box mentioned in the investment section.

I saw that documentary a couple of years ago. I wanted to know what studies were relied upon to come to the conclusions shared in the video. The 800 studies quoted were largely made up of questionnaires. Out of the 800 studies, they used a total of 17 for their source material. They IGNORED the other 783 sources of information because it didn’t support the agenda.
That documentary is probably the most misleading and dangerous vegan propaganda out there. We can always find a few idiots amongst a field of experts, so I wouldn’t take much heed from the contributors. Seems half of them were only interested in selling a few more of their poisonous books.
