Be Bold and Start Cold as the saying goes. Love a good windbreaker to prevent freezing the skin but not overheating and sweating like with a fleece or a puffy. Just purchased a Nebo as well 😁

Im hiking the Uinta Highline this September. And I am wondering (sense you guys have hiked this trail) would I want the Nebo, or the Tushar for the wind/rain up at high altitude? Other layers I have include the Altitude, Dragonwool hoodie/zip offs, Ventus, Fleece mid Layer, Lofttek Adventure, and the Nova UL. Considering what layers I have what would be the most protective yet most weight conscious combination of those layers targeted for high altitude on the Highline?
You'll want a rain jacket first and foremost. It's more critical to survival. Then a nebo could / should be considered!
Currently a medium in the ventus. Would you recommend a medium for the nebo too?

Another example is when it’s cold & windy, then you jump in your car. Even if it’s still cold, the elimination of wind chill is immediately appreciated.
