Great podcast as always! Most everything you mentioned is already my norm, but I always love hearing from others that have experience their tips, tricks or hacks. Sometimes it’s just a matter of real learning. Keep the great info coming love it.

I naturally sleep hot. 🥵 as a result i will sleep with shorts and a t-shirt even in the high teens (this is coupled with OV 0 degree quilt. I absolutely love being able to do that.
Shout out to your quilt products. Other quilts seem to have a small draft when switching sleeping positions but ive had 0 issues with draft with OV sleeping quilts.
Thank you for this podcast. I love the deep dive and technical talk of topics such as this.

I have a temperpedic memory foam bed and sleep on my stomach, I have a hard time sleeping on the ground and every air pad that I have tried sucks and I have bought more expensive big Agnes air pads and no luck. Any ideas?
