This video is not paid, sponsored, or compensated. I bought these waders with my own money at market prices after doing my own extensive research. These may not be the cheapest waders for new hunters or duck hunting beginners to start with, but if you examine the estimated cost per season they are an outstanding value. Dollar per dollar I think they are some of the best duck hunting waders on the market. And of course they are just as good for goose hunting, especially late season. They are super warm.
    Some highlights include:
    • Commercial grade chest waders
    • Neoprene reinforced knees with exterior Kevlar protection
    • 5mm neoprene body with limited, single-seam construction, rugged
    • 5-layer seam sealing technology
    • Available in Mossy Oak® Shadow Grass Blades, Mossy Oak® Bottomland, and Brown
    • Real boots, not moon boots
    • 55% natural rubber reinforced boots
    • I have covered alot of ground walking in these things and the boots are very comfortable
    • Thinsulate Ultra + Neoprene + Synthetic Wool insulation = 1500g eq. insulation throughout the entire boot, calf to toe, not just the bottom foot
    • Gusseted crotch for mobility and comfort
    • Exterior rainproof pocket
    • Easy to repair - 3m 4000 Marine Grade Sealant

I have been wanting to try breathable waders fit years but couldn’t justify buying them until my neoprenes finally crapped out. I wish high and dry would make a more insulated breathables.

From what I can tell from my research, the insulated breathable waders usually compromise outer layer quality for inner layer insulation in order to hit the price point. Better to have the best longest lasting waders possible and add your own layers underneath as needed. Actually, it's probably best to have a pair of each, breathable and neoprene. Nothing works as good as neoprene for ice smashing cold days.

@@TheNewHuntersGuide I never did think of neoprene being better for braking ice because that’s all I’ve ever used. I guess having a pair of each may be best. I had to break a lot of ice this year toward the end of the season.

@@avidwaterfowler7522 Yea, they are best in those conditions. But both is best. But it's not cheap to have 2! Hopefully this season or next I'll be able to get some breathable too to have a set.

Can't put a price on warm feet. I payed 150 for my first set and feet get cold after all day. Think I'm going to give them a try.

Since I started hunting, I've had to work hard to keep my feet warm. These do a great job for me, as good as my Muck Artic Pro boots. I do still use hot hands packs in my boots on cold days. But these are tops. And they are super comfy to walk in, like real boots.

They also offer warm, sweat wicking boot socks which I ordered with my breathable waders. I use mine for trout season so feet are the focus. As we all know, it can be a beautiful 65 degree day in April, but that creek water is still 40 degrees lol.
