  • Welcome to the first episode of the Holistic approach podcast, a collection of raw videos where I'll cover topics related to self improvement, fitness and health/wellness related subjects based on research, case studies and personal experiences.
In this general outline, we have discussed the correlation between genetics, lifestyle-related factors, and how they might affect your maximum height potential. We addressed, through a generic outlook, how you could apply several methods to address any underlying problems based on the conditions you might suffer from. It is important not to be delusional and disregard the importance of genetics, but at the same time, not to be narrow-minded enough to see it as a black-or-white issue. Lifestyle and conditions can also greatly affect your overall development. It is even more important to realize that your conditions can be attributed to your genetics and vice versa, just as lifestyle factors can lead to conditions.
A classic example of this would be having scoliosis and other backbone alignment issues. Although they are classified as conditions, they are greatly linked to not only your lifestyle factors but also your genetics. As I covered in the video, this can result in height loss. What I’m trying to say with all of this is that perhaps you might not be as short as you think you are, and maybe neither are your parents or grandparents. A combination of several factors blended together may have resulted in you not being as tall as you truly are or not having achieved your true peak.
Our intervention lies in finding one of these factors, isolating it, and reintroducing it back into the equation while slowly addressing any other factors that can be addressed. By looking at the small picture, not much, if anything, may seem to be changing. However, things add up, and through patience, consistency, and painstaking efforts, you will start to notice slight, and then bigger, differences. Feel free to doubt or disbelieve, but it costs you nothing but some disappointment to try.
Please consider subscribing, leaving a like, and commenting on the video, as that will boost the algorithm and help it reach more people. Or, leave a dislike if you think it wasn’t helpful. Nonetheless, stay tuned and come back next week for the symmetry tutorial and the full documentation of my progress. Thanks for watching, and have a blessed day.

Today I’m releasing a video where I showcase my daily stretching/ some of my chiropractic routine, the whole thing is caption based and will be uploaded both here on the CZcams channel as a 10-7 minutes video and on the TikTok profile as a 1-2 minutes short. I’m working on it right now as we speak and will be uploaded in like 2-3 hrs if everything goes accordingly, and thanks for the kind words friend :)

@@mariaunpajotewayarribaespa7038You're too kind and I really appreciate the feedback. I believe so much in this project that I have just bought a proper podcasting microphone a couple of days ago, which I will begin using for some of the next uploads once I gain some traction. I've began learning English from scratch only about 3 years ago and I know it's still not quite there, but I promise that with some time I'll get a lot better. Until then I will try to include some caption options to make things a bit easier to understand. Have a nice day and much love!

@@Mr.Wollas that's really impressive to be fair, but one thing I want to know, is what's your goal? I mean, what do you want to achieve with all of this type of content, money, fame, or what is it?

@@mariaunpajotewayarribaespa7038 As for now, I really just want to share my journey and create a community of like-minded people with great insights related to health, self-care, and improvement. I like to conduct my own independent studies and research on various topics. I usually just document the process and keep them for myself to review later as a metric for comparing ideas or to simply to see the impact that changing certain variables can have on the results. And I think that articulating my thoughts to an audience could be valuable for internalisation of my thoughts, speculations, and research material, especially when paired with an active community that stimulates further discussion by sharing perspectives and asking questions. Also really I believe that the little things I have achieved, some of the things I am doing, and will do in the future can offer great value to a wide range if audiences. This should eventually lead to some recognition and monetary gain, but that is not really the objective, but instead, any recognition or monetary gain would be the byproduct of a genuine attempt in trying to provide some good content and helping others without hidden agendas, unlike most people do these days

Wolf’s method is basically applying direct pressure on your bones, which then results in the thickening of the bone, and indirectly lead to increase in length and width, can be applied to increase height, but it doesn’t really work for height, but more or so for the lengthening of joints, thickening on wrists and in overall can help with overall bone structure, you can apply it in extreme ways through things such as leg length surgery, where you forcefully break the bone and insert a metal rod material in between to force the reconnection overtime, but even then I don’t see the point, you are just likely to screw up your whole body as a result, increase risk of osteoporosis, arthritis and a lot more nasty stuff that comes with age. Sure that there are a bunch of videos on CZcams in regards to this, but yeah that’s pretty much a really quick summary
