So around 7:17 when asked about pricing for the keyboard he says it will be "reasonable" and then goes on the list out the separate components you would have to buy. I thought it might be interesting to add all that up. Prices vary wildly but my completely unscientific best shot at an avg price would be.. rack ($300), power supply ($75), CV to Midi interface ($200), Arpeggiator ($200), and a Fatar keybed ($200) adding up to a grand total of $975. We'll see...
Yea, a bit depending on how it's handled. The Kenton pro 2000 converts midi to poly CV and it still falls within the upper protion of the range that I got the avg Midi to CV interface price from ($300). So let's say they over-complicate it and add $100. Still don;t think they'll hit that price point. I'm hoping I'm wrong...I'll buy it at $1000 all day long.
the mod1 is just wow! man !! awesome =) .. personally i hate cables in the way you should put it on top in an angle so cable would be behind the thing.. seriously.. common

The thing is this keyboard is 4 voice polyphonic, wich really complicates things.
