Hey yogis, welcome to my channel! This week's video is a quick 10 minute morning yoga full body deep stretch for beginners that you can do when you're short on time but want a great full body stretch. No props required and we'll begin by standing up.
This is a wonderful way to stretch our sore or stiff muscles first thing in the morning or as a way to wind down at night.

Doing the 30 Day Morning Challenge and usually at least one more video. Love the way I am feeling 11 days in. I'm 66 and have exercised daily for 40 years. But this is a nice new way to be kind to my body and still feel a good workout.
I love how Kassandra narrates the positions as she goes. It makes a very easy for novices like myself to follow along without having to actually look at the video!

You're right...I love the ten minute routines, they are my go to. I tend to do a mixture of somatics stretches to begin my day and love to follow it up with some guided yoga... and ten minutes is always doable! Really love your routines. Thanks so much 🙏
Work at a hospital and I’m standing and sitting all day and sometimes my back and legs hurts a lot as a young guy. After I did this several times before work, I noticed I feel both the flexibility and energy in my body. Thank you for this Kassandra!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I fell off my morning routine preparing for Hurricane Dorian and struggling to get back. Body has been right and achy from no workouts or stretching. I got up early this am, did my meditation and affirmations and by a stroke of luck THIS video was on top of my feed. It was amazing and I feel sooooo much better. I am definitely adding this to my morning routine. It brought my stiff, achy body back to life!

I am grateful for my good health today. The morning practice helped me with some minor lower back stiffness/pain. I am proud of the fact that I have been consistent with these 10 minute yoga practices for almost 2 whole months! Also been consistent with working out and getting proper rest too!

I love yoga but recently I started Pole dancing and it's very physically straining so sometimes I just don't have the energy to do a full hour session or even a 30 minute session so these 10 minute yoga stretches when I wake up are perfect for the day because I can consistently do these everyday

when I do morning yoga, I like to go for some video that I know and that it is gonna be helpful with stretch.
