Stretch out stiff, tired and achy muscles with this 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners.This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!
If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

I appreciate these shorter classes so much. A few weeks ago, I injured my toes on my right foot while trying to not use a modification that I would always use. And now I'm a little weary of longer, more intense classes. Short classes have helped me keep doing yoga while I build up confidence in the strength of those toes again.
I only had time for a short one this morning and this was perfect to help limber up my tight muscles, getting me ready for the day ahead. The best part was when my new tiny cute kitten Lucy (Goosey) laid down in front of my iPad and pawed at Kassandra on the screen. Adorable!

That wrist movement was incredible!!! I’ve had a sore left wrist for nearly 2 years and nothing has eased the pain like the wrist exercise we did. I didn’t realize I need to strengthen my wrists instead of just stretching. Thank you Kassandra!

I love how you are always offering something new. However, I also love scrolling through your archives and pulling up and doing a routine that seems to speak to me in the moment . I was crazy busy with life when your 30 day bedtime challenge took place so I am doing that now as well. Thank you! I have made a significant positive change in my life through your classes. Good morning Kassandra. It’s 6am here in Fiji and I just want to thank you for this 10 minute fiery session which I absolutely love. I have been doing your 10 min morning yoga during lockdown in the UK and it's made such a difference. I am always really stiff in the morning, age, and these 10 minute sessions remove it all. Fabulous.

Dear yoga instructor. I'm a 44 yr old tough as nails welder. Lately not so tough. My work is causing me to feel like my bodies dying. Constant pain and tension. I've been doing your routines for around 3 weeks. Thanks to you I'm looser and able to push much further than b4. Thought I would have to turn to narcotics. Nope just yoga. God bless u. This was a really great morning practice and stretch. I'm not sure if you are open to suggestions, but since it's a morning stretch maybe just bring the energy and volume down just a bit? Something a bit more soothing is more conducive to something I'm seeing first thing in the morning. Again this is great and I plan to practice more with you during these short morning stretches. Thanks for sharing!

Good morning! I already feel so much better after this 10 minutes. I just love listening to you. I need to keep telling myself to listen more than watching you when doing yoga, you tell us so many good techniques and where to look for when do certain stretch, like the one when doing triangle of one arm on the sheen and one in the air, I could lean my shoulder back more, which I didn’t know I could. When I did it today, I was so happy!

I'm amazed every day by the change in my ability to sit taller and stronger from the initial sitting position to the final sitting position in a 10 minute routine. While my whole body thanks you for your short practices, it's my back and hips that are most appreciative :)
