Great Vid and great joy with this Mclaren. I did my driving today at Aldershot, the track has changed a lot ! ( in a better way ) its worth it. i drove Gallardo and Ferrari both great fun and did go up to 90 mph. Aldershot is a good track
Looks awesome Carl. Stumbled upon your video as I'm looking to go do a 5 car experience in Edinburgh and wanted to see what they were like. Really hope they have a McLaren on the day after seeing this.
Alan Marshall it was absolutely phenomenal. Before driving it, I thought it would be quite clinical due to the amount of tech within it. It was anything but! On one of the laps after the hard left you can hear the rears start to spin at 50+mph. When I rejoined my party I was completely speechless - the amount of power available and the instant nature of the delivery is worlds apart from every other supercar I drove that day and any other day. I’d never ever hesitate to drive it again if I get the opportunity. You will love it!
Yeah the savagery of the thing comes across on the video. I've driven numerous turbocharged cars with over 400bhp but nothing like that and they all had AWD. Really quite surprised how much the instructors tell you to go for it too. Will definitely be in a McLaren if the opportunity comes up on the day :) To think that's the baby McLaren makes you wonder what the 720s is like
Alan Marshall the instructors are all really good and yes, push you further than you’d expect. I was a little nervous of the kerbs in some spots. And you’re right, I have also been wondering how the 720 compares to this - must be a monster!

No not at all. My dad and father in law both drove on the same day, they were in some of the cars I was overtaking in this video :D

It’s not really a true circuit - it’s near Fleet in Hampshire
