But with the Bishops, Cardinals being silent, the errors are continuing. It is hard for the laity to accept that these errors come from the top; it took me years to come to the realization of all the evil in our church.
Sometimes I think I'm going crazy from all the nonsense coming form the Vatican that they expect us to accept as "normal" and "in accordance with Catholic doctrine". But it's important to keep in mind that all this confusion is not only evil, but DELIBERATE. It is NOT the work of God, that's for sure.
Yes, "obedience" has destroyed many religious orders too. Many of us know former nuns who had to leave their beloved vocation when their order went modernist. Bad shepherds and superiors continue to destroy! Not to mention garbage coming from the Vatican these days that want 'federations' of nuns even those with nothing in common. The Vatican sends 'commissioners' to holy institutes who have no sympathy for the charism. Most of even the good bishops are silent are 'just following orders' as they close Latin Masses down. At one time, those in religious life were all about 'blind obedience' but that only works if there is a holy superior.
Praying for Holy Mother Church like never before. Praying also for the conversion of the hierarchy in our beloved Church. Also, praying for all the faithful priests, bishops and laity. As a young teenager, I remember thinking that the 70s had introduced a new Church - a Church that had ceased to teach about the realities of sin and hell. I was all for it then, to be honest, but from about 20 years ago, my eyes were open to the damage it was causing.

I cope by constantly studying St. Pius V's Catechism of the Council of Trent, which is very CLEAR. Archbishop Lefebvre in his Sermon at the Episcopal consecrations in 1988, said that in order to get to Heaven, you need the life of our Lord Jesus Christ in your Soul. Or as you say, Union with God. I recommend The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis as a strong help towards this Union.
I converted from Protestantism to the Catholic church a few years ago despite being aware that this Pope is in error. I purchased a Missal to help me in my devotions etc. This Easter the bishop conducted some of the services. The prayers corresponded precisely with what was recorded on the Missal. But one prayer did not, and I was shocked to hear what he prayed. It was plainly heretical yet nobody seemed in the least perturbed. I think I'm the only person in that congregation that brings his Missal to church every Sunday. I clearly understood it as the work of Satan and realised how this little morsel of leaven was part of a conditioning process. Thanks for the good work.

I converted from Protestantism to the Catholic church a few years ago despite being aware that this Pope is in error. I purchased a Missal to help me in my devotions etc. This Easter the bishop conducted some of the services. The prayers corresponded precisely with what was recorded on the Missal. But one prayer did not, and I was shocked to hear what he prayed. It was plainly heretical yet nobody seemed in the least perturbed. I think I'm the only person in that congregation that brings his Missal to church every Sunday. I clearly understood it as the work of Satan and realised how this little morsel of leaven was part of a conditioning process. Thanks for the good work.
As a life long Catholic it is heart breaking and all those old priest i've known and are long dead told me all about what was happening, and they were always silenced. Thanks God you do understand, it is a grace from God that your eyes are open.

Thank you for seeing the truth of our situation and speaking out about it. It really is about union with God, the Holy Trinity. Once that understanding is firmly understood by people they will see the problem that we have. Got to keep speaking out about it.
I think we need to consider more carefully the Orthodox Church teachings which is much more clearly about union with God and theology of the heart. Catholics need to recover that.

The problem is the 'comfortable cowardice' of the majority of priests and bishops, with much of the blame falling directly in the bishops' laps, as they are too comfortable to risk their cozy positions (and lodgings) here in America's dioceses. I pity them, honestly, because if they don't stand up to Francis' UN-driven unholy so-called magesterium and agenda, then they are quite possibly facing certain perdition upon their deaths. I am truly sickened and ashamed of them--and am praying that they wake up now and publicly join Bp. Strickland in his bold resistance. Tick tock, gentlemen, time is short--wake up now or perish, period!

It seems to have been largely forgotten; and yet, it is of the utmost importance now, with the "new theology" coming up next, embraced by none other than Pope Francis!

Yes I agree with you 100%, it's so horrific, and what I can't understand is priests in the pulpit saying how marvelous he is, but like you say this as gone on for decades if not for hundreds of years. Like the boiling frog. Thanks
