Renew faith in the Eucharist - REFUSE the Novus Ordo and only attend the true mass (TLM). It is NOT a sin to refuse to attend a Protestantinized fake mass. St. Alphonsus would be flipping the fake altars over!

I began receiving on the tongue while kneeling in 2017, after learning about it from Church Militant (which has since died off and been resurrected as Souls & Liberty Action Network). I was a parishioner at the parish nearest to me, which is a popular ape-of-the-Church NOM-only parish. I was the only communicant I ever saw there receiving Holy Communion on the tongue while kneeling. At a Mass in late summer 2018, I approached to receive on the tongue while kneeling. The priest at first chose to deny me, and skipped me to give hosts to several other parishioners, then relented and shoved a host into my mouth, nearly gagging me. Then I approached the assisting deacon and kneeled to receive from his chalice, and he scowled at me. I left that parish to join an orthodox TLM/NOM parish about 20 miles away from me; I’ve only attended Mass at that “offending” parish under extraordinary circumstances since then.

I was fortunate that before I was born my parents left the NO and started attending the TLM. I have always attended the TLM. Consequently, I always receive Holy Communion on the Tongue. St. Pius V, of Happy Memory, in his Roman Catechism condemns anyone other than Clergy, touching the Sacred Host. Paul VI was unfaithful to this. The pernicious fruits are now obvious.

Pray this chaplet and when you kneel and receive our Lord you'll have a choir of angels surrounding you.

Receiving communion on the tongue is the universal norm and a right of the faithful, whereas communion by hand is an indult given to the Bishops Conference in Ireland. It is therefore an exception, not the rule. (So no priest can ever ban communion on the tongue or oblige you to receive on the hand)

So is it wrong to receive in the hand?

My husband and I have been receiving our Lord on the tongue since after the vaxx shenanigans. I have yet to be denied our Lord on my knees.

Its more unbelievable to me that we' ve got so used to it. But for a very good priest ..i would still be receiving in the hand ..may he rest in peace 🙏🏻

I receive Communion on the tongue only now, and you stating that is the norm was a big help! I did not see that at first, but knowing that helps me see that it is a right every Catholic has. A lady I work with has a tattoo on her arm that says “be the change you would like to see in the world.” A teenager asked her what that meant. She said if you want to see more joy, be more joyful yourself. That joy will spread to others. I thought about that with reverence in Church. Maybe I was waiting for Priests or Bishops to make a statement saying no more Communion in the hand in order to receive Communion on the tongue on a regular basis. I think though, we in the pews have to be the change. If we believe that more greatly fosters belief in the real presence, then that is the way we should receive. If we believe silence in church helps us “hear” God better, then we should be silent ourselves. Instead of waiting for Church leaders to act, we ourselves, in the pews, need to be the change we want to see.

I love Harry Clarke stained glass. In Dingle town there is St Mary's Church on Green St. with a former convent next door that has a collection of his stained glass windows in the convent chapel. They are breathtaking. His artwork has an almost mystical quality to it. If you get the chance, check them out! The stations of the cross in the church are also worth a look.

I so enjoyed taking this journey with you. What a beautiful church indeed. And the fact that it is open so the faithful can visit our Lord and pray is wonderful. He also created wonderful stained glass in Newport church in Mayo ,and all over the UK but sadly died in Davos in Switzerland and unfortunately he grave was reused for buriel ,his father moved to Ireland, I believe practice Catholicism, please inform me other wise
