I wouldn't buy helmet that didn't have a sun visor. Really useful in hot weather, ride with visor up and sun visor down keeps you cool.

Looks like it could be my next helmet! Been looking at these for a while now, as it seems to be one of the only helmets I have seen with a good, wide vision.

I bought one of these this year. Great helmets!
Light, great width of vision. Bit noisy, but not bad.

Im debating about this helmet or a Airoh GP 550S or a AGV K5, any advice in picking?

Does the extras include the Nuvis HUD? Way out of my monetary range but interested if this is going to be next big thing? What with this and helmet cams we''ll be riding like Masterchief from halo!!

I find that a lot of people like the drop down visor contrary to "ugh" that you've said especially here on the sunny countries.

I've got this exact helmet for me it was either this or the GT air and I'm pretty happy I went for this in the end because it was cheaper with the same sort of features and full carbon. Had it for a little over a year now and no regrets whatsoever. The only problem is taking the visor off since it's a bit of a faff looks great with a dark visor though!

Does it gets noisy at speeds around 80 - 100 km ? Is the air ventilation good for summer temeratures up to 40 C during summer time ? Does it gets foggy during winter ? Thank you

@@leonidasgr2003 I'd say it's about average in terms of noise, not the best but I use earplugs for higher speeds. I've ridden in summer at about 30C and it's been alright with the chin curtain out of course (the curtain traps in a lot of air great for winter but too hot otherwise), as for fog the pinlock works really well but can start fogging slightly at the bottom after 30 minutes or so in really cold weather 5C or less but at this point I use a Respro foggy mask with it to stop my glasses from fogging (this prevents everything else from fogging including the internal sun visor).

what's wrong with the sunvisor? you prefer to wear shades? or do you live in a gloomy country?

the carbon version of a drift is entirely made of carbon fibre. it's not a tri composite unlike the rest of the drift range ;)

I fuckin hate that term OLD SCHOOL, WTF old school if you want to really use the term would be jet helmets or pudding bowls, the term appears to have originated at Orange County Choppers OCC. Other Americanisms, Sick for really nice, no carrots in sight, triple trees for yolks, ears for headlamp brackets, hardtail for rigid? No knuckleheads and 30's Veto's are rigid, choppers are hardbails. I ride a Harley RK but don't want to speak American. Its embarrassing.

Was using that term long before the OCC thingy fella, chill!
