This is the 3rd video of my onam series 2022. In this video I show you easy way to make naadan sadhya avial. I Hope you guys enjoy the video.
COCONUT OIL - 1 tbs
Raw Plantain - 200 gms
Yam - 1 big
Jackfruit seeds- 7 - 8 nos
Water
Cluster Beans(Cheeni Amarakka) - 6 - 7 nos
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
COCONUT - 11/2 Cup
Small onion - 5 nos
green chillies - 5 nos
Garlic - 2 Small Flakes
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Drumstick - 2 nos
Eggplant(Vazhuthananga) - 200gms
Snake Gourd (Padavalanga) - 200gms
Sambar chillies- 2 nos
Salt( according to taste )
Curd - 1 tbs
Curry Leaves

പിന്നയേ.., ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.. ട്ടോ. തൊണ്ടൻമുളകു കിട്ടിയില്ല. കട്ടകായവും, പിന്നെ മല്ലിയും മുളകും വറുത്തു പൊടിച്ചു ചേർണ്ടാക്കിയപ്പോ നല്ല മണവും രുചിയും ആയിരുന്നു . ഈ സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ഞാൻ വിറകടുപ്പ് കത്തിച്ചു. അതും നല്ലൊരനുഭം ആയിരുന്നു. 😊
