Top stuff, really enjoyed this, i can feel the pull of bolt action calling me again 😀
Cracking little game, not so much an historical game, more of a game with historical models and equipment which is fun to play.
I hate the Warlord anti-tank guns like the Pak-40, that don't have instructions on how to put the fiddly bits together. Drives me crazy.
Yeah, I struggled with the Soviet ZiS3 on the same basis.
The instructions are available on the order page for each item
cool unboxing lads keep up the good work.
Cheers mate.
Excellent unboxing guys well worth the money
Certainly in his case!
Lucky they didn't send a box of German Grenadines by mistake.
Haha, I dunno, might have been alright
Oh, you said it right there...putting them together...aye!
Booom!
Amazon gift cards - love em.
That’s funny, it’s been a year. I’ve never done that. ; )
I never had a gift from work, despite more then 10 years...
I'd like a video on assembling the metal AT teams and MMG teams. I have 6 german MMG teams I've tried to put together for some reason, and not any 2 of them fit together the same way
I am not convinced I would be any more fortunate than you to be honest. Next one I get to I might leave the camera running then decide if it is useful footage....
@@ModellingforAdvantage youre a real like hero my friend.
I was adding a few Panzerfaust to my units and ran out, I ended up using a waffen ss arms to add one. Cleaned them down to look less bulky but they fit pretty well onto the torso :)
Good to know, thanks for the tip.
Tip by a German: the plural of Panzerfaust is Panzerfäuste, Panzerfaust = Tank fist, Panzerfäuste = Tank fists😉
@@alexv1387 thank you sir :)
You can chop and change some of the winter plastic Germans and the Afrika Korps arms and heads to create some nice variation
Sweet, thanks for the tip
Thanks for the look in the box guys, looks like a great mistake to recieve.
Jonny B, just born lucky.
Great unboxing as always, gents! LOL, I'm like Johnny B with untouched kits in my stash. 😅
Also, I can totally understand the frustration with models that are supposed to be the same but can be really different.

I have decided Jonny B has too many unpainted models and like a wicked uncle I am rationing him now!
LOL! Don't come for me, too! 😅
@@FrostandFists maybe I should hide under the stairs and steal your modes whilst you sleep!
And you didn’t immediately contact Amazon and tell them they made a mistake? Shocked! Shocked I am! 😂 sometimes other people roll 1s and you reap the benefits. I just picked up the British Airborne box. 100% agree on the weapon/arm molds being way more conducive to quicker assembly and less gluey fingers. This looks like a great starter for anyone wanting to get into doing late Germans.
Oh nice, are you doing painting vids on those paras?
@@ModellingforAdvantage Yes, I am but it'll be in about a month as I have a hard on for Ancients recently. lol
Nice... we are having a peak in that direction ourselves
Love me some puma - especially Th every war model
Which one, the 6 wheelers?
That is a good value set (specially for £35!) - big fan of the Warlord Grenadiers as there's a lot of room for customising them in terms of weapons and positions to put them in. Not a big fan of the metal anti tank guns though - suffered through a few of them over the last few months building up my German and US armies!
'Hiding your barrel kink with a bush' sounds like an arrestable offence.
Keep your eyes peeled for some US Vs. German content in the coming months.
So many unboxings.
Loads more to follow I afraid, after the drought of lockdown stuff is gushing out.
I started BA about 6 weeks ago with winter Germans and the models are excellent. A bit limited with how you can assemble the arms but I also got a Soviet starter army and I want to jump off the roof!. Assembling the arms with the weapons are verrrrry tedious. So assembling and quickly painting a Soviet army in my spare time ain’t happening!
I hear you bro... started a few Soviets from Warlord myself recently... so frustrating
Modelling for Advantage tell me about it! I spent 45 min today trying to match a weapon and a pair of arms to one figure! It will take an eternity at this rate.
my FLGS has a Soviet starter army in the used section of the store for $87. I wouldn't have even considered it but I opened the box and everything was already assembled, but unpainted. That's a whole lot of assembly I don't have to do. I'm not too keen at the moment on starting an entirely new army or else I would have picked it up. Not going to lie though....I'm still thinking about it haha.
@@AFatalPapercut we are always thinking about the next army... the smart ones amongst us stop there. The rest of us idiots buy it anyway!
British Airborne starts with 2 x Med mortars lol
... and why not eh?
