Stephen is just salty and is trying to process the fact that a City legend like Kompany is sounding tactically astute. I say that as a United fan, a lot of our legends and players sound tactically clueless and Howson seems hurt by how easy Kompany describes why Pep's teams always destroyed us during all these years. We have mostly played as a team of individuals since the last couple of seasons under Sir Alex, it was kind of obvious even then.

They're not good enough to win the PL but they're good enough to win the CL?!?! Gift it a rest! I don't know how someone like this still gets his opinions heard. The only reason he's so popular is because he tells United fans exactly what they want to hear because he believe it but he's brainwashing 1000's of there fans with his high expectations and bullshit. Two awesome centre backs - in fact I enjoyed this pair so much I'd love to see Vinny and Rio to do regular interviews / podcasts together on the big issues facing the game - ownership, fan connection, racism, the world cup build-up, management, game tactics, captaincy, etc. Both are articulate, were clearly very intelligent footballers in their playing days and much more. Give me lots more of them please - but also have a word with Stephen - banter is fine - but he doesn't need to be rude, talk over guests, etc - made himself look a bit of a tit really.

This was an amazing interview big ups to the crew, what stood out for me is Vincent thinking process, his critical thinking on how football works, really appreciated how he able to summarise and highlight certain key properties of things. As a fellow congolese, alway inspiring to see guys at that level achieving great things, look forward to seeing him achieve more as a manager.

Kompany captained our rivals but I can't dislike him, he's humble, respectful, great attitude, was fantastic, 1 of the biggest compliments I can give him tho is I was glad wen he was injured, coz I've never seen a team miss their captain as much as City did, he held that team together and dragged them through so much

Great conversation. Kompany is clearly an intelligent and very thoughtful bloke, and his attitude is spot on. He has all the ingredients to become an excellent manager. It seems like he has a great gig at Anderlecht where he might have a bit more 'creative license' than most coming into management, and a lot of young players who can be more easily moulded. There's a lot of room there for Kompany in terms of 'progression' as a manager.

OMG props to Vincent Kompany for saying it, that football is like any other company or job. Is about sharing a vision from top to bottom and group dynamics (min 4:20). However the pressure is much much more since it is highly intensified by the fact that football clubs are under the media lens vs any other job is not. He may feel the pressure once he goes to a big club as a manager

Just hope that he comes back to the Premier League. He has the energy and talent. United could use him right now. I would no go Red but I would wish him luck.
