      Please tell us how your algorithm for finding the maximum power point works, according to what law the PWM control signal is generated and what is the speed of reaction to changes in input parameters. I also have a homemade mini solar power plant, which has been working for more than a year. :)

      This project uses P&O MPPT algorithm. I took the code from techbuilder's mppt project and edited for my need.

    Yes! A homemade MPPT with a laboratory power supply works very cool. And when connect it to a real solar panel, “unpleasant miracles” begin. :)))

      NO, I have 100 A / 150 V IN / 66 V out MPPT, ESP32, onw design, own SW, it works with 90 - 98 A power all day long a few yeras and no problem. It will work at 45 - 47 *C another 30 yeras.

    If two wireless water controller systems are installed at the same place, will they disturb each other or not, or will a coding have to be set and how will that coding be set. Please explain.

    Hello friend, I think there is a small error in the schematic, in GND1 and GND2 connected to the Source of Q1 and Q2, if someone were to draw the PCB using the schematic they could have problems. Would you have the firmware for Arduino instead of the ESP32? thanks.

    • @ElectroRetro
      @ElectroRetro  Před 2 měsíci

      GND1 and GND2 are separate from Power GND, I don't have code for Arduino. This project is made for esp32.

    nice work, but why using OLED display instead of 1602 LCD?

    • @ElectroRetro
      @ElectroRetro  Před 5 měsíci

      To power the display iam using the same 3.3v that power the esp32. And I didn't get a lcd with 3.3v supply.

      @aavsogroup Před 5 měsíci +1

      Perhaps, you don't want to include 5v regulator for that. I am expecting for upgrade version for a larger current up-to 100A@@ElectroRetro

      Probably in future I will make 60A version with 3 or 4 stage interleaved buck.

    How to increase input voltage to about 200VDC

    • @ElectroRetro
      @ElectroRetro  Před 2 dny +1

      It's possible to increase Max input voltage by replacing mosfets, diodes,input capacitors, input voltage dividers and some editing in code. But I don't recommend it, because it's not safe and I didnt test this mppt with more than 90V.

      At 11:15 you can see I use a module to supply the mosfet drivers. I used a boost converter here and connected it's input to +12v rail.

      The connections are simple. Connect output of isolated converter to tlp250h supply pins. Connect input of isolated converter to boost converter output. And finally connect boost converter input to +12v rail.
