Please tell us how your algorithm for finding the maximum power point works, according to what law the PWM control signal is generated and what is the speed of reaction to changes in input parameters. I also have a homemade mini solar power plant, which has been working for more than a year. :)
This project uses P&O MPPT algorithm. I took the code from techbuilder's mppt project and edited for my need.
@@ElectroRetro thank You. :)
You have helped not only me but everyone, you are the best man!
Very impressive
Good job and thank you for your selflessness. Kindly add button for setting and adjusting parameters
Yes! A homemade MPPT with a laboratory power supply works very cool. And when connect it to a real solar panel, “unpleasant miracles” begin. :)))
NO, I have 100 A / 150 V IN / 66 V out MPPT, ESP32, onw design, own SW, it works with 90 - 98 A power all day long a few yeras and no problem. It will work at 45 - 47 *C another 30 yeras.
Nice
Good work .
Thank you
If two wireless water controller systems are installed at the same place, will they disturb each other or not, or will a coding have to be set and how will that coding be set. Please explain.
i need this project.... How can i get this?
Hello friend, I think there is a small error in the schematic, in GND1 and GND2 connected to the Source of Q1 and Q2, if someone were to draw the PCB using the schematic they could have problems. Would you have the firmware for Arduino instead of the ESP32? thanks.
GND1 and GND2 are separate from Power GND, I don't have code for Arduino. This project is made for esp32.
Bhai banake dedo kitna price loge
Why did U use synchorous buck ?
It's actually asynchronous buck.
nice work, but why using OLED display instead of 1602 LCD?
To power the display iam using the same 3.3v that power the esp32. And I didn't get a lcd with 3.3v supply.
Perhaps, you don't want to include 5v regulator for that. I am expecting for upgrade version for a larger current up-to 100A@@ElectroRetro
Probably in future I will make 60A version with 3 or 4 stage interleaved buck.
OLED is appealing 😂
i need inductor for this project. where you bought it from pakistan .
I bought the core from digikey.
I love your project very much, I am a university student in China, I would like to ask you about the ESP32 development board, I wonder if you are available?
Absolutely! I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the ESP32 development board. What would you like to know?
How to increase input voltage to about 200VDC
It's possible to increase Max input voltage by replacing mosfets, diodes, input capacitors, input voltage dividers and some editing in code. But I don't recommend it, because it's not safe and I didnt test this mppt with more than 90V.
@@ElectroRetro thank you
😁👍
+10volt for gate drivers where you get . Not shown in schematic .only points are shown .
At 11:15 you can see I use a module to supply the mosfet drivers. I used a boost converter here and connected it's input to +12v rail.
@@ElectroRetro ok its isolated ?
@@smartups1 yes
What is your loop time?
6ms
Thanks 🙏
WLC v2 water pump controller please give me complete file

@@ElectroRetrobut the library for Arduino IDE it's Not Working. Because this is not ZIP format Need ur arduino ide in zip format So how do I add these libraries In Arduino IDE ?
@@ramrode5350 place all files in same folder and open it using Arduino ide. After that you can install libraries from Arduino library manager.
The schematic diagram of the 10v small board seems not to be found.
The connections are simple. Connect output of isolated converter to tlp250h supply pins. Connect input of isolated converter to boost converter output. And finally connect boost converter input to +12v rail.
@@ElectroRetroAfter I downloaded the program, an error occurred. It seems to be a compatibility issue. I use the latest esp32 development board (2.0.11) and the latest arduino (2.3.1). Can you tell me your version? I will try my best. You may need to reproduce the environment to see if it can run normally. The following is the error message from my serial port:
E (5072) gpio: gpio_set_level(226): GPIO output gpio_num error

Are you using esp32 S3?
No, I used esp32s.@@ElectroRetro
@@ElectroRetroDo you have to use esp32s3? Can you modify the code to support esp32 wroom 32e series?
Nice
