- 180 ml Full Cream / Whole Milk
- 30 gr Glucose Syrup or Honey - optional
- 4 gr (1 teaspoon) Gelatine Powder - plus 1 tablespoon cold water
- 200 gr Couverture Dark Chocolate, 70% - or good quality dark cooking chocolate
- 360 ml Thickened / Heavy Cream - min 30% fat content

- 360 ml creme de leite duplo - no minimo 30% de gordura - nunca vi pra vender no Brasil, mas existem substitutos talvez creme de leite fresco
