Quality video Fordy, been looking forward to it since you mentioned it on the pod Friday. Random Q, I overpronate and currently run in the wave inspire 18, recently I have started to have blister problems on my arch, I’ve done over 300 miles in the shoe. Would you recommend going for the newer model of shoe or looking for a stability shoe with less drop? Thanks👍🏻👍🏻

Did you manage to get a gel?....They were all bloody gone when I got there!....Did have sticky shoes for 2km free of charge though 🤣🤣 Must have walked about 5k to get to the %$%$#$ start line...No Signage or anything, just following people and hoping!
