It’s chill-inducing how Mihawk can see the true danger that Luffy poses in the future for the World Government.
Luffy somehow can unite the most hostile of people from all four corners of the world under one flag with just his personality and goodness.
And now with his post-Dressrosa Pirate Fleet and what we know of Luffy’s true identity, that makes Mihawk’s assessment all the more crucial.

@@sakthivel-ip3mb Oda confirmed that buggy's body can't be cut by haki. He responded to an sbs when a fan asked if doflamingo's birdcage would work on buggy even if it was haki infused. Oda said that buggy is basically immune to every slashing attack or haki slash
