Jozu is probably one of the few who could have blocked/survived akainus final hit without getting harmed
for real but i think the real match up should have been marco vs akainu (the only commander of wb pirates who can resist infront of akainu unlike ace) , ace vs aokiji because ace got a fruit advantage , kizaru vs jozu because diamond can reflet light and if vista wasn't fighting mihawk the whole arc he could have probably help the others and whitebeard vs sengoku , just miss match up for garp.
oh yes I forgot they should have had Thatch who was the former commander 4 so he was probably stronger than vista who only became so after his death

Seeing Jozu block Mihawk's slash reminds me of when Zoro was asked by Mr. 1 if he'd eventually want to cut diamond 💎 and Zoro said it'd be a waste. Makes me think Mihawk may actually be able to cut diamond. He just wasn't serious about it, and Jozu wasn't his intended target. Also, the reactor that says Jozu is a nobody who deflected a warlord's attack lol Jozu was a division commander on an emperor's crew, that's not a "nobody".
mihawk said before launching his attack that he wanted to check the difference between him and whitebeard, so i think mihawk was serious.
Well in manga jozu deflected mihawk slash attack pretty easily.

@@eliseomunoz9793 you overestimate Mihawk. He is very strong but Jozu is a diamond. Diamonds can't be cut that easily. Also, Mihawk was going for WB, so he definitely was very serious.

Seeing Jozu deflects mihawks strike for the first time was definitely bad ass ! But then if you just think about it, imagine if instead of just 1 strike, Mihawk just spammed a bunch 😂😂 it’s over

Marineford is good but it also hasn't much sense. Mihawk try to hit Whitebeard, fail and he stop...
Then there are a lot of inconclusive fights. Strong character prefer fight against weak marines and pirates. However its obvious that the diamonds are not enough to stop Mihawk. Jozu used his ability plus the armor haki

How does it not make sense? You're acting like Mihawk was trying his hardest when he clearly wasn't. It was pretty casual, not even a named attack. Mihawk doesn't have any real beef with WB, he just wanted to throw out an attack.
The only "problem" with Marineford is that sometimes it seemed like some characters were standing around doing nothing. When you have that many characters that are that strong and that fast it's impossible to write it to make 100% sense. Certain things happen due to plot.
@@MAT-wn5fr well, Mihawk is not the only one. If you see Onigashima, the war has more sense . For example there are more than 2 deaths and Onigashima battle is smallest than Marineford battle
