Someone pointed out something interesting, in this episode Escanor says he is the one who stands at the pinnacle of all races. In front of Galand who had the commandment of truth, and didn't turn to stone...... 🤯
It's based on if the one telling the objective truth knows they're lying. Escanor is so prideful he truly truthfully believes he's above all else. His walk towards Estarossa is another one where his "Pride" wins out.
