Like, having speciality and powers as separate since many characters have both a speciality and devil fruit. the def for specialty is: a pursuit, area of study, or skill to which someone has devoted much time and effort and in which they are expert. let's take Law. he has the operation fruit, but his specialty is Doctor, pirate captain. Doflamingo has the string fruit but his speciality is tyrant king, gang boss, nefarious businessman Usopp has no devil fruit, but his speciality is not "slingshot" that's his weapon, his speciality is that he's the marksman, the sniper, the tinker-er, the storyteller. I did notice soemone else comment on this, specifically for Usopp , and yes, based on the defenition, "slingshot" is his "specialty" but it would have been more accurate to say marksman.

Lol the descriptions of the powers is just terrible. Like slingshot isnt a power whereas saying sniper is more accurate.

Kabuto is his slingshot name and he shoots these pebbles where things out like plants fire explosions.
