    मुझे भी एंजायटी में नींद नहीं आती थी बहुत महीने नींद नहीं आई थी मुझे। फिर मार्च में जब मैं हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश गई0 वहां यात्रा के दौरान मुझे बहुत चलना पड़ाउसके बाद वापसी मे थकान से मुझे बिना दवाई के हि नींद आ गई अब बिना दवाई के सोति हूं

    मेरी एंग्जायटी तब सुरु हुई जब मे शादी मे गया था तो dj के पास सब नाच रहे थे तभी अचानक से मेरे लेफ्ट हैंड और छाती मे बहुत दर्द होने लगा. 3 महीने से एंग्जायटी झेल रहा हु ecg, echo कराया नार्मल था और ब्लड की cbc जाँच भी कराई. डॉक्टर ने बोला तुम्हे दिल की कोई बीमारी नहीं है. फिर मैंने एंग्जायटी को स्वीकार कर लिया और रोज 5km रनिंग करता हु आब 60-70% ठीक हो चूका हु. बहुत भयंकर लेवल के पैनिक अटैक झेले थे 1 महीने तो आब पैनिक अटैक तो आना बंद हो गए है. दोस्तों एंग्जायटी से बाहर आना चाहते हो तो खूब पसीना बहाओ मेहनत करो कसरत करो.

      Aisa kux nhi hai sab sahi ho sakta exercise karo, yoga karo, read books.and sleep... Mujhe bhi panic disorder aur anxiety dono he , mujhe to kam karte waqt bhi khud panic attack aa jata hai.. fir bhi khul kar jita hu. Ab dhire dhire sab sahi hora hai alhmadulilah sab sahi hora hai.

    Bhai mera problem ye hai ki, raat ko sone se pehle aisa lagta hai ki so jaunga to subah uthunga hi nahi or subah uthte hi muje ghabrahat hoti hai or chest me pain hota hai. Baki neend ki bhi problem nahi hai, 15- 20 minute me aa jati hai.
    Sabhi test kiya sab narmal hai, echo, tmt, ecg sab normal hai.

    I feel sleepy now anxiety is mostly cured but feels sometimes more sleepy than earlier may be proper sleep haven’t happened and sometimes pinching or little ache in left chest and jaws
    Is it the symptoms of anxiety only. I have cholesterol level of 260 but doing exercise regularly to maintain it . Pls suggest

    Hi
    Mera ivf 3 years ho gaye failed IVF tha Mujhe last year Dec se anxiety issue develop hue but after eating medicines it was fine till March / April
    May Main we have decided to start the treatment phir 3 days hue hai. But feel sleeping all the time and last sometimes chest discomfort got trade mill test, eco everting done it was normal just last weekend got cholesterol check it was 270

      ​@@nishu_khatri1313I am 18 years old and got cardiophobia and anxiety, same I too get shortness of breath and fear of cancer like problems . For 1 week I have been vomiting after eating anything accompanied by acid reflux, restlessness and shortness of breath. My conclusion is it's just anxiety I went to 2 doctors and they confirmed it is anxiety. From 2 days I relaxed my mind and started taking digene after meals and eno when I get shortness of breath, now I am absolutely fine. So don't take tension. And also stop googling

I went to 2 doctors and they confirmed it is due to anxiety , from 2 days I stopped taking tension and worry and started taking digene after meals and eno when I get shortness of breath and now I feel absolutely fine. Also you need to stop googling your symptoms, which I have done , and also many health problems have similar symptoms so google tells cancer for even a basic headache.
