You will never be arrested for not paying a tax bill by the IRS, you will get arrested for tax embezzlement by the IRS, but never simply for not paying your bill. They don't have to arrest you, they will just garnish you wages and you'll pay whether you want to or not. Chael could be right on this one. I've never seen anyone arrested simply for not paying a bill, they could be sued, but not arrested.

I once had a roommate that refused to pay rent for like 4 months and there was nothing I could do to make them move out, I even called the cops and they declined to intervene. One night I just lost it and screamed profanities at this person until they left, never got my money.
I have a friend in dubai who is paranoid about losing his job because if he does the company will immediately inform the banks etc and he won't be able to leave the country as he has a car rental and house rental contract which will have to be paid before he is allowed to go.
50 said a long time ago that when Floyd runs out of money that he stages another fight or exhibition to make money.
We'll know if it's true if Mayweather does a fight or exhibition in Dubai or Saudi Arabia by the end of the year to pay off those debts.
