I recently learned about fucoidan from a someone who was emitted to hospice due to terminal cancer. She decided to live her final days at home where she began taking the liquid form of fucoidan. @@TrungTran-hm4ol I have the same question but I don't think anyone has the answer for that...I decided to go with Japanese expensive brand in the hope that its pure...I know expensive not always means better but I am taking a chance here
Any brand that uses pure mozuku seaweed fucoidan is my most recommended, which can only be made in Okinawa, Japan. Depending on the source, I can certainly tell if you are taking a chance or not.
That is an absolutely fantastic story, and I hope more people hear about fucoidan and the great benefits it brings to the body!

I take fucoidan after every time I drink (plus some water) and I hardly have hangovers! (unless I drink WAYYY way too much then I will have a slight hangover the next day...)

I believe that brand might be alright. It includes mekabu seaweed fucoidan for some reason. I recommend purely mozuku seaweed fucoidan products, but umi no shizuku is not bad for sure!

I recommend the brand Okinawa Fucoidan or any product made by Kanehide Bio. They make pure fucoidan extracted from mozuku seaweed :)

Yes, fucoidan has been researched for improving digestion (it definitely works for me personally in this aspect) and lowering high blood sugars. In rat studies, it was found to break down fat cells. Fucoidan is like magic...

Yes, that sounds about right! Some brands can be very expensive...the supplement in its final form is usually like a dark beige/brown.

Depends where you are located, but mozuku-derived fucoidan is sold on Amazon.

are you asking if fucoidan helps with muscle growth? if so, yes! it has been researched in the lab and shown to increase muscle size in mice. this makes me hopeful it can be applied to humans, as well.
It is contaminated with heavy metals ?
Seaweeds contain heavy metals but Japan regulates the amount of heavy metals in these supplements. I have seen the tests myself. The fucoidan supplement made in Okinawa must be below the acceptable amount of heavy metals in order to be sold to the public. I cannot speak for supplements sold in other countries though!
