and maybe work with us that recycle those old scanners.. getting information and questions answered about the older scanners is difficult. Siemens won't talk to you without your wallet open.

this scanner has nothing that makes it especially suitable for a poorer country ( where people cannot access MR). It seems suited to more develpoed economies with good power supplies and a safe room/ Many useful applications but its not about adressing global access.
I work for a company that is trying to do this.. but being 3rd party, Siemens is very closed about helping anyone without a big wallet, so I don't know what they are really trying to say here.
