Please react to "DARK" series! It will blow your mind I bet!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
HEY!!!YOU NEED WATCH PSYCHO(1960YEAR) AND MISERY(1990) BEST HORRORS!
Ah Steve getting his recognition and absolutely deserved. He literally became one of my absolute favourite characters in the show and his and dustins chemistry is absolutely class!! Can't wait for more.
A testament to good acting and development. Fun Fact: Steve was supposed to have been killed off but the audience liked him so much the writers hung on to him.
@@do0ranfrump260 actually, it's not the audience but the duffers
because s1 was going to end with steve being bad and then dying but the duffers liked joe so much they adjusted the script
which is why he is so bad to begin with because it probably originally was not him succumbing to the influence of tommy and carol the last two or so episodes were changed
Pudgey 🗣️ “she was being a smart ass” spartan “😐” 😂😂
To be fair, they were both right. She was being a smart ass and divorce was less common in the early 80s. Out of more than a dozen friends I had in my neighborhood at that time, only one of them had divorced parents. So it's possible that a kid back then would not have any friends whose parents were divorced.
@@476429really? As a 7 year old in 1980 I’d say 30% of my friends were in divorced families including myself
@@476429 no yea I don’t disagree with that. just that Spartans face expression was too funny
This is when Steve became my favourite Character
In this episode Steve leveled up to "Babysitting Steve", another level of Steve Awesomeness !
"Bad with girls, good with Demogorgons" 😂
Steve and Dustin... I love them so much !
The courageous fool and the intellectual nerd who lacks self-confidence
Best duo, MVP forever!
Seeing you slowly warm up to Steve brings me immense joy 😂
Spartan is asking all the right questions he is gonna love season 4
Don’t forget about all the other people that were taken in season 1. Barb, several hunters, all the scientists that went through the opening… several incubators for the demigorgons.
Season 2 is definitely not boring! It has re watch value, I think we all just forgot
12:14 "how was the pull out?" One of the funniest lines in Stranger Things🤣😭
12:27 they kept that in, Murray didn't mean to drop his eggs 😂😂😂
Steve went from 0 to 10.
Season 3 is my favorite season ever and rewatchability is an all time high for me, but probably bc I started watching right before S3 came out and I love it, it’s so good 🤩
The Steve and Dustin duo has got to be one of the best in any show I've ever seen
just curious what Pudgey thinks a regular hospital will be able to do for Will.
It took me so many videos to realise Spartan doesn't introduce himself as Spider at all 😂 I love accents
😂 amazing
during their season 1 watch I kept being like, why are they talking about Bob? he's not even in this season... then I realized they were saying Barb 😆
It sounds like Pudgey has finally accepted that Barb is dead?
💀
Far out!!! Lol!!! Steve and Dustin's bromance is one of the many highlights of Season2!! Don't worry, all those saying Season2 is 'boring' are talking out their arse!! This show is so well written!! It just gets better n better with each season!! The character development is next level!! Season3 is brilliant too but, Season4 is some of the most epic thrilling shit I have ever seen!!! I cannot wait for Season5 and I cannot wait to watch the rest of my favourite show ever with you guys!! U2 crack me up! Keep up the good work.... 👍🏻🤘🏻
s3 is the best
in the discussion Spartan said something so spot on for a future season. Won’t spoil which bit but I can’t wait for them to get to it.
While Will killed those lab ppl, he also inadvertently saved the lives of Steve, Dustin, Lucas, and Max since his trap drew the dogs away
Joyce, and most of all Hopper is, and always will be, my favorites. But Steve has risen quickly, for sure.
11:31 Too late! You can't love Bob now. He did nothing wrong, and you hated on him. We're protecting him from you.
Exactly. They don’t deserve to love Bob with all the unnecessary disrespect they give his character.
@salvadormartinez8577 tbf I didn't warm up to Bob as a character until about this point either. Mainly only cause I have trust issues tho and was convinced he was gonna be a mole or something when he's really just a good guy lol
@@system0fadowner251 I hear you, but there's a difference between not warming up and being a little sus, vs the kind of commentary S&P have been making about Bob. I have not seen a single reactor react that way to Bob which is why it was so shocking.
@@Mic-Mak I think that's just how they react from what ive seen with other shows. Kinda how my mom reacts as well. If there's a character even tangentially between 2 characters she likes together, she's on their ass non stop lol. At least they did eventually come around tho. Nobody can resist the charm of Bob the brain forever 😃
@@system0fadowner251 Indeed. I love S&P and have watched many of their reaction since their channel was tiny. And I have noticed, that when a character is not "badass," or stereotypically masculine, Spartan seems to have some contempt for them.
Joyce is a LEGEND
See there was a reason why most of us were saying we loved Steve lmao He's the best 🥰
Will’s been throwing up those slugs ever since he came back from the upside down, and they grow into what we see. We only SAW him throw up the one, but it’s been heavily implying that it’s a regular occurrence, so that’s why there’s so many. He was implanted with them in season 1 when he had that vine/tube thing down his throat that Joyce pulled out of him.
One crawled out of Nancy too when El found her in the gym swimming pool scene. They def lay eggs w the throat snake and they incubate in alive or dead humans
No, it wasn’t implied that he was throwing up multiple ones..it is a plot hole (for now) how the demodogs are made, or what they eat since there aren’t any visible people in the upside down..
Not taking anything away from Joyce because she is an absolute legend lol but at least from what I remember, it was Hop who pulled the slug thing out of his throat when they found him in the upside down in the S1 finale.. Joyce was the first to spot him but then Hopper went and pulled the thing out and shot it a few times once it was out and on the ground
@@Chippa33 You’re probably correct, that’s my bad, lol
I kind of assumed that might have been multiple eggs all lumped together? A bit like frog spawn or something? And Dart did look a bit like a tadpole in the beginning
Will didn't throw up a slug. He threw up a cluster of mini-eggs connected by goo. Similar to a frog egg cluster. They hatched in many tiny tadpoles like Dart. You can clearly see the separate eggs in that throw-up scene.
I just found your channel and your reactions, and I love how honest and deep your discussions are, especially the stranger things reactions!
You upload this just as I finish my PASTA!
Me too!!! I just finished my spaghetti bolognese.
really enjoying your Strange ride - just want to say that every time you say something like -"well, it was the 80s" you make me feel like I'm a million years old ( i was in my 20s for most of it). i watched your Lord of the Rings vid the other day and "you know the CGI isn't bad for the early 2000's". Have a heart - please! to me it really wasn't that long ago. 😊👍
😂👌🏼🤣
The bromance is the best thing that happened this season, and on season 3 the Scoops ahoy group is goated 🤫☻️
I don't know why people hate t season 3 so much, but for me it's kinda meat to be like those old teen horror movies 🤷🏻♀️
Well, it IS the one with the most teenagery stuff, so I can kinda understand how older people would be bored with that season 🤔
Damn looking back, I didn't realize how many cliffhangers there were after each episode 😅
That's the benefit of being able to binge watch it😂
The cliffhangers are why I finished the first two seasons (the only ones out at the time) in two days. Couldn’t put it down!
Both Hopper and Billy has good taste in music.
The whole series is awesome 😎 and the 80’s Easter eggs and nostalgia is the cherry on the cake. 🍰 One of my favorites.
Steve a real one
Divorce was actually more common in the 80s than it is now, especially among families with kids. In the US, 1980 was the highwater mark for divorce. It's gone down about 20% since then. Max was definitely just being sarcastic.
Yep. It's part of why everyone was so het up about "latchkey kids" in the '80s. There had been a huge rise in single-parent households.
Lol that's because no one bothers to get married now you can't have a higher divorce rate if no one gets married lol and the divorce rate was higher in the later 80s not so much in the early 80s more like mid to late 80s is when it really started to rise and some states more than others a small town like Hawkins might not have had to many but maybe California would have a higher rate
@@TheRepublican777 Actually, I looked it up before I posted. I was surprised, because I remember it being the late 80s, too. But apparently, 1980 actually was the high point. (And yes, the decline of marriage contributes to the decline of divorce, but the issue here was how common divorce was!
@@babs3241 wow well that wasn't my experience as a kid I was an 80s kid and I don't remember hardly anybody getting divorced it was like a big deal if you got a divorce until later 80s and 90s maybe it depends on the state that people live in and how high the divorce rate was in those States for me in Texas divorce was not as common the only person we knew who was divorced was my uncle and I remember everyone making a big deal about it and that was around 1988. It's the Mandela effect I guess lol
@@TheRepublican777 Guess it always depends on where you live. As a '70s kid in the exurbs of NYC, I often felt as if my parents were the only parents who *hadn't* divorced. Although now that I think back, it wasn't really all that extreme -- I did have a number of friends with two married parents -- but there were an awful lot of kids my age who lived with just their mom and who would visit Dad "in the city" on the weekends.
I made some popcorn and go on youtube and voila, a new upload from you guys! 😂😂 talk about divine timing
Steve and dustin will be your favorite duo later, I promise! 😍 and you will love erica and murray more too later
I honestly don't understand how people could hate on season 2. I thought it was better than season 1. If anything, season 3 is probably my least favorite, but it's still good. No bad seasons or episodes in this show.
Yeah, I liked it better than S1, too. S1 had so much work to do establishing the characters and the world--which it did really well--but S2 had the chance to just explore and develop them.
Yep! Ppl think it makes them look smart or discerning to criticize certain episodes (next one) or seasons, but they only have those opinions when they see others comment..
There isnt close to a bad season of the show. I would say the writing gets weaker later on, especially in season 3 & 4, but they arent bad at all and definitely dont deserve any hate.
@@stewyyishim people feel the need to criticize when they see others do..they think it makes them seem smart and discerning, like “I can see something you can’t because I’m more observant, smart, I know more about writing, plots, shows etc..” when all they’re doing is not thinking critically, just imitating.
@@johncspine2787 exactly my view. i remember when season 4 of the show dropped and everyone loved it for like 3 months and out of nowhere people switched up and called it mid. genuinely wish people could just think for themselves when consuming media, who cares what others think.
You guys are very quick to judge anyone you don't like 😅
What the hell would a normal hospital be able to do for Will?
It's not weird or cruel that they're considering burning the tunnels and Will along with them, literally billions of lives are at risk, the life of a single boy is nothing in comparison.
It's not "stupid" to have guards in front of a top-secret facility stopping randos from going in
The doctor questionning the sensse of listening to Will's advice wasn't stupid for it either.. if anything he was right, a dozen men are now dead because they listened to Will
Kind of feel your wrong in some of this.
They have been burning the tunnels to no avail. The other scientists only want to do what they know, even though it has been shown it doesn't work. In that sense it is cruel because their willing to kill a single boy to do nothing. Their jumping to conclusions based on no evidence and not willing to try something new.
As for the guards, you are correct, but they don't need them stopping people that already know everything that's going on. They basically showed them the root system and everything, they go back to the building. Then when they try to warn them of a Trap, they can't get past an area that they already been let into. So it was in fact stupid to have the guards stop them.
Lastly the Doctor questioning the sense of listening to will wasn't actually doing that, he was just interrupting because he wanted them to go back to burning the creature.
Also remember when people told you not to watch these seasons 😒😂
It's a great season. So is 3. But 1 since it was the introduction to this 80s throw back, homage to all 80s horror and sci fi was a revelation and 4 is goated for ramping up to a level no one expected. Either way they are all good
People are sometimes stupid. Why would anyone in their right mind ask someone to watch season 1 and skip 2&3 before watching season 4 of a show that tells a continuous story?
@@pfang32 1 has the best mystery and all around storytelling, but every season is really well done and entertaining in their own ways. Season 4 is my favorite but i think 2 gets way underrated
Season 3 is the only bad season for me. It took me a year to watch it. I only finished it cuz I heard season 4 was so good. Otherwise, I would have quit watching the show it was so bad. Different strokes...
@@samjohnson7869 I love season 3 but it's definitely the weakest in terms of storytelling. I liked how it was kinda just a straight creature feature tho with a nice blend of invasion of the body snatchers on top
Steve "Hair Game" Harrington
Spartan taking the terrible advice from Steve is sending me
I love you guys laughing together, but definitely prefer when you are also sweet... That from someone who could be your mom...
been waiting to say it, steve is my favourite character!
If you're taking suggestions for next series - put The Expanse on it. Pretty much the best SF series with great, relatable characters, a mystery (well, several) to puzzle out, and plenty of - plot, dialog, action, direction.
Well, well, well. Spartan was wrong about Bob/Sam. Shocker. Get it together, Spartan. You'll be right about something one day. We believe in you.
Yalls banter at the episode recap was so adorable lol "you're like steve: bad with girls, good with demogorgons" 😂
season 3 is my fav season. lots of fun
STEVE, MY FAVORITE CHARACTER ❤❤
I do in fact love this season, it's a 9/10 for me, but it's still my least favorite, only because the other three are hard to compare it to. My personal ranking of seasons from best to worse (but don't hate) are:
4, 3, 1, 2.
Loving the journey. Been so long since ive seen the show so re watching with yall is fun.
Your guys videos always get my mind off shit and its great to tune out and chill with y'all. Thanks!
Not Spartan looking for his gift receipt 😂
No, Spartan. She didn’t kill Barb
Season one, episode one: "Steve... Pssshhh, this man is not a Spartan" - Spartan
U guys should watch some 80s films to catch some of the inspiration of the show.
Alien and Aliens
Red Dawn
The Thing
Stand By Me
Nightmare on Elm Street
Lost Boys
Carrie
There’s a few more but here’s a good start for n some of the references.
I just love Murray 😂
You’ll find out who/what is controlling the hive in season 4 👏🏻👍
The junkyard scene gives Tremors with Kevin bacon vibes. Not sure if that’s what they were going
I think Pudgy needs to Google what ‘saving grace’ means
2 reactions a week just not enough. But I’m patient! Love you guys reaction ❤️
You guys are hilarious! The constant ribbing is totally like me and my wife. Love watching your fresh takes on this amazing series!
Keep an open mind for the next episode. Remember, it was the 80s. It was a crazy decade!
Tread carefully Spartan, Pudgey was channeling her inner Demogorgon at the end there...
😂😂
Awesome episode
I can’t wait for you guys to get to season 3 it’s honestly the best season and then season 4 is just so so good too
I say season 3 is the best season because it’s my fav not because it’s the best story wise btw the 80s vibes are just top tier
Oh shit hasn't even started to get crazy yet
To me season 1 is perfect, season 2 is great, season 3 is really bad, was hard to finish it. And then season 4 was really good again. I nearly had lost hope, now I am looking forward to the conclusion. 🥰
damn. the second i'm done eating. you upload this video. well. guess i need more snacks then. your video is too good to not have anything to snack on
HEY!!!YOU NEED WATCH PSYCHO(1960YEAR) AND MISERY(1990) BEST HORRORS!
I love that no reactor (that I’ve seen so far) questions that Murray is giving alcohol to Teenagers LOL 😂 Stranger Things is different cause other shows no shot in hell are they getting away with that.
Love to see you guys react to Mr Inbetween, a great Aussie series, its only three seasons, but its really great and sadly underrated.
21:57 22:00 😂😂😂
this was such an Aliens vibe episode . I love it
The ambush scene was a great reenactment down to the same motion sensor sound effect and Paul Reiser watching the screen hopelessly as he sees the soldiers he sent in getting slaughtered.
Hmm, not sure you went for the demogorgons all coming in the same way as the one in Will. I thought it seemed pretty clear that the others came through the tunnels that were being dug out.
i think you guys would love the show Lost. has great mystery and awesome ever changing team ups & squads
I mean… what IS the plural or Demigorgan?? Demigorgans? Demigorgani? HAHA This show is so damn good.
Divorce was more rare in the 80's. Thas a true statement
wow the hits keep on coming
I dunno what people are on about saying season 2 is boring personally, I love the season. Love being able to refresh my memory of the show as I wait for the new season, whilst seeing it through you guys' eyes for the first time 😁
Next up is Stranger Things' equivalent to Breaking Bad's Fly" episode. Can't wait til you get to Season 3, which is excellent, and then Season 4.
there is definitely more depth and mystery in this show than FALLOUT !!!
Steve was supposed to be killed off in season one.
Pudgey really likes her judge mode. One day it's Bob to blame for everything, another - it's Nancy. Even Spartan sees where it's going to.
I've been watching them and they have actually repeatedly said they liked Bob. "He's actually quite sweet" Pudgey said, in the same video they were getting ripped for hating on Bob, and now they said the same thing this video "he's sweet and supportive."
They blamed Bob for giving Will bad advice, which he did. And yes, they also acknowledged Bob had no reason to suspect that it was bad advice.
Point being, these two shouldn't be criticized for sharing their own genuine reaction to the series, and the criticisms they've been getting on Bob is unfounded based on the words I've heard them say.
Pudge, Jury, and Executionaaarrrr. 😅
why are y'all being so weird and hostile
chill out
@@presumed_guilty Agree. Let them express their opinions. If it doesn't match with ours, just don't get mad.
you will see when you get to later seasons
Steve reminds me of Jaime Lannister in regards to his character. First you think he's some dumb pretty boy but there's more to him.
23:32 😁
It’s still El
Steve MFing Harrington!
You can watch vinland saga , one of the best seinen manga adaptation . Similar to GOT
I loved season 2! actually Season 1 and 2 are my favorites. Season 3 is my least favorite which I'm probably in the minority lol. Season 4 was mixed for me as it definitely had maybe the best episode in the entire series but I didn't like what they did with certain characters which was a big issue I had in Season 3.
Murray rules!
STEVE!
The barb cope continues....
Idk why people would underrate this season compared to other seasons, I think they're all around the same quality.
S1: 8/10
S2: 8/10
S3: 7.5/10
S4: 8.5/10
27:15 hmmm; someone trying to reach you from the upside down?
Dad Steve!
Yeeeeeeees
When will we get a rating on the best series that you have watched????
Oh yea it only gets better from this season lol
