My mum’s favourite tv show! She used to watch it sat between her dads legs, she would have been 12, I used to do the same with her when I was around 5, so that would have been 13 years ago! the house that bled to death was my favourite. I re watched it yesterday. It’s a shame she isn’t here anymore so I could watch it with her
Me too , love parisienne Walkways, last couple of times weve been on holiday there has been a guitarist at the hotel in the evening who has done a cover of Parisienne Walkways.😊
The scariest sound to the them is the electric guitar solo creepy and hunting if you noticed the beginning credits whene the them is playing at the start in darkness the the man on top of the house scars me shirtless and totely hunts me
Yeah, I was 11 back in 1980 and used to watch this every week and I loved the tune! I actually had just got an electric guitar then and really wanted to play this. It's not a difficult tune but it's in a difficult key for a beginner as I was then! I wish there was a stereo version of this because there's something else playing along with the guitar and I can't make out what it is.

The Prisoner starring Patrick McGoohan, a different series, not a Hammer House of Horror.

Not exactly terrifying music, is it?
Not terrifying no, but there's an undercurrent of mystery to it which always unnerved me as a young teen!
And that's what makes it more terrifying or disturbing. A nice piece of music playing in a bad situation.
