To all who keep saying that Africa has 54 countries, officially it is 55 as stated in the video! Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (Western Sahara) is the one most people are missing out on the count. It is a country that Morocco is claiming to be part of her territories. But Sahrawi Republic, as it is also known, is recognised as a separate country by the African Union. We think the African Union would know all its members. au.int/en/memberstates For further reference you might want to read this en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_Union and/or this en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Member_states_of_the_African_Union

If you have not visited any part of Africa, maybe you should. Sometimes all that is needed to validate you is to see people who look like you in their natural environment. It might or it might not work for you. We just spoke to an Ethiopian-Dutch who had a vaguely similar experience as per his true identity. See the link here. Presenter has a sweet personality :) In 2019, technically, it's arguable whether there are 54 or 55 countries (fully recognized sovereign states) in Africa. 2 "disputed territories"or "defacto states", I think. But most would consider there are 54 countries.

@@africawebtv1 she asked questions that she herself could not answer....like how many countries are in Africa....and the currency of certain countries...very technical things...I believe most people know more about Africa than Africans may think. We are far past the days where we believe what's just only seen on TV...but back to my point the way this video is edited shows where most people had difficulty answering...I understand that she is trying to imply that people should learn more about Africa and quite frankly it's nice to learn more about such a wonderful continent but seems here it's done by making these men look like retards...and no I probably won't be writing a book although I could..... however in the future I may produce a video or something.
