Ok.. am I missing something about serve and volley? I thought that with serve and volley, the server serves, and then volleys his/her next shot. I never knew it could be that the server serves, then allows the ball to bounce on his/her second shot, and then volleys his/her third shot

Earlier this year there was a Medvedev - Schwartzman match. I swear that was the most boring match I have ever seen. Chucking from the baseline for eternity.
Nadal has one the best volleys on tour but ok, i’m sure you know what you are talking about
You obviously have never seen Nadal return smatches while running and being 3 meters behind the baseline. Nadal is the closest thing to a super human I've seen on a tennis court
I mean if it where players doing volleys every match, you would say ruud, theim, nadal, and medvedev are playing real tennis
