  • I'm back! Sorry for the delay - I'm trying to get onto a more regular upload schedule. Meanwhile, here's a kandi basics tutorial! This is my favorite stitch and is the base I use for almost every type of 3D cuff I make.

    this is so cool! and since i don’t have a plastic yarn needle, does a normal needle work? and if not, where can you get the yarn needles?

      hi i know this is late but I use a regular needle for my cuffs! i think it just depends on the side of your string

    • @Rainy.help.me.
      @Rainy.help.me. Před 3 lety +5

      If the string fits I’m sure it’ll work. As long as it does the job of getting the string through then it’s good

    • @CorvidsCoreSys
      @CorvidsCoreSys Před 2 lety

      as long as it fits through the bead and holds your elastic itll work fine. i used folded steal guage wire for months before finding a needle that worked with my elstic/gen

    • @michaelsteward2697
      @michaelsteward2697 Před 2 měsíci

      After one rotation of doing the spikes, I usually tie that section off and then continue on to the next section for me. That helps me keep the tension within the rows that I'm doing so that it doesn't fall apart or lose its tension and it stays in place. Cuz I used to have that same issue and then my friend taught me how to do that. She would do one for rotation of the spikes and then once she got backed around to the beginning she would tie it off and then continue feeding it through the bead and continue to the next row and that also can translate into doing the 3D cuffs. It'll help keep the tension of the beads. Hope that helpsn
