Finally made my first X-based cuff! This tutorial was so easy to follow. I loved it. I made mine with metallic black base color for the top and bottom lining and then metallic purple as an accent color. My middle beads are a glow in the dark white. I’m thinking of making a perler to put on this guy! I love it.

I let my mom pick the colors and ended up with a pretty rad first x-cuff, she chose a warm green, orange, and a dull red. Your tutorials are always easy to follow and I appreciate that 🥰

hello! as someone with fat wrists, if 30 beads is too small that’s fine! just make sure the amount of beads is a multiple of 3 and you’ll be fine! :)
I used 36, cuz the top part will turn out a little smaller than expected---and it turned out great! Do I reccommend using a little more than 30 in multiples of three 😌
I made a black and 2 different reds bracelet and a purple, green and black one for my girlfriend I just started getting into kandi stuff and you have the best tutorials lol I probably would’ve given up already without these

I have made 3 bracelets based off this tutorial so far.
My first was a monochrome orange scheme (orange, translucent orange glitter, opalescent salmon because the lighting in my room sucks and I thought it was orange, and matte white). It’s a little loose because I had trouble keeping the string taut. Still turned out alright for my first ever cuff.
My second cuff had black, dark purple, light green and yellow star charms. My black pony beads are slightly smaller than most of my pony beads so the bracelet was a little too small for my best fried, who I was making it for. So we decided it is now their wife’s and they will just have matching cuffs!
I also made one for a coworker this morning; I think this one is the best to date. She wanted blue, red and purple. I was going to use a mix of regular, matte, and opalescent, but it wasn’t working so I just went with normal pony beads. I also used some regular black and white letter beads; I thought about using purple and white letter bead but I couldn’t find some letters in those colors.
This is now one of my favorite ways to make kandi!
I really enjoyed this instructional video. However, one improvement would be is not to have the music in the background. I found it distracting.

HOUH thank you so much, a friend recommended this to me as a way to practice getting into making kandi (I got a cool idea for one) and it's great. I used four colors (I used a different accent for the centers of the Xes)-a metallic silver, a translucent purple, translucent pink, and a nice lavender.

You should definitely make a bead backpack. I made a rectangular box one when I uses to make kandi back then to hold my singles or my simple cuffs or 3Ds. Or use it for daily. Idk. Not sure if you did already but I just came across this which took me to memory lane lol

Really quick question though, if I wanted to make the cuff bigger would I need to add more beads in sets of 3 or how many?
Thank you for watching, I really appreciate it, glad it turned out great! If you want to make it bigger you would add additional 3 beads using that same pattern. 2blue and 1 yellow thats within the first steps/ the base of the bracelet. Hope this helps.

Ik I'm a bit late but lol tysm! I'm very new to Kandi and I want to try and make a cuff but the last tutorial I followed didn't show all the steps and was very confusing since it didn't show what beads to bring the string through so I messed up - now I actually was able to make it!! :DD
